Aw, you're great. I've been hunting too, making sure we got enough. I mean, Allen doesn't eat meat, but everyone else does. I'm glad we gout our freezers, to keep the meat fresh longer.

If you ever need some more storage space, I might be able to cobble some together with alchemy. Then again, I wouldn't want to step on Toph's toes and do the metalbending thing.

You know, she'd probably enjoy bouncing some ideas off of you. She runs a metalbending school, back home. I think she probably misses talking to other people who can do it, here.

Oh, she does? I bet she's an awesome teacher. And that's a good point... my alchemy isn't exactly the same, but there are similarities. Of course, she could kick my butt if she wanted.

Now that's the kinda attitude she approves of!

Just as long as she doesn't try it on me! I don't think she would unless I made her really angry, though. I could stand to be a bit smaller, but I'd be afraid of going too far.

Don't worry. Toph can be a jerk sometimes, but she knows where to draw the line. She wouldn't hurt you.

I'm glad she's on my side, then. I'd love to see how she'd do in a fight.

She used to fight with earthbending before she joined us. She got a cool belt and everything. She can kick anyone's butt.

That's awesome. I bet she must throw her opponents off guard a lot because she's so tiny.

Yep! They make the worst mistake they ever could by underestimating her.

Sounds a bit like Brother- he's short but a powerful fighter, so people tend to see him as a pipsqueak kid.

If they ever met, they'd either be really great friends or they'd kill each other.

Yeah, I can't decide which. Brother has a hot temper, and he doesn't like being reminded that he's short, either.

Toph doesn't mind the short thing so much, but I think that's more because of the blind thing than anything else.

And she definitely proves that size doesn't matter. Brother does, too, but that doesn't mean he likes being short any better.

Well, you can always get him big shoes. What're they called? Platforms? Make him feel like he's tall.

Oh, he's already got that taken care of, trust me. He wears huge boots, plus has a hair antenna on his forehead to make himself look taller. And anybody who calls him short is on the receiving end of a temper tantrum.

Huh, how about that. Got to give him credit for having his bases checked.

Yeah, Brother tries hard to be taken seriously. Especially because I always get mistaken for the older brother.

Woooow, that must chafe him something awful.

It does, and I often have to calm down a temper tantrum from him because of it. So sometimes I really am the older brother in a sense...

Sounds like your suffering is real, buddy.

Brother can be frustrating some times, but I still love him. And I make sure he takes care of himself, too, when he gets lost in his work.

That's what you gotta do, in the end. Look out for them, make sure they take care of themselves.
