also, after allen gives him a fox in payment for his ten credit debt, that little guy will be following him around too. so feel free to ask him why he has a friend. ]

We always have- once we grew up enough to stop fighting, that is. Ed didn't like being a big brother at first, but Dad said something to him one day that got him to stop picking on me and start looking after me instead.

Oh, really? [Al sounds a little sad- given how he'd gotten stuck in this body in the first place because he loved his mother enough to want to bring her back, and loved Ed enough to go along with such a plan, it made him sad when families didn't get along.] I'm sure there has to be a good reason for that, though.
