[ Haruka switches off the book she'd been reading on her communicator and stands up. The plate on the door to this room says "therapist's office," but she'd been lounging on the couch, not sitting in the counselor's chair. ] Welcome aboard. The food's all magic, so supplies aren't an issue.

[ As off-putting as that sentence may be, it'd been a concern of hers when she first got here... ]

[ haruka's comment about the supplies has the dark elf chuckling softly, shaking her head. she wasn't that concerned to begin with - mostly because she doesn't need to eat like most people do, and because: ]

Not so new to the Fleet, though. I was here previously, so I had no worries about the supplies. I appreciate your reassurance on the matter, however.

[ She's come and gone? Haruka tries not to sound too intrigued. ] So leaving really does work like arriving.

It would seem so. I have heard from a few others that shared the same experience. [ a furrow of her brow. ] It is... odd, to say the least. But I do not entirely mind being here most days.

Home is that much fun, huh? [ Yes, this book is definitely being put away. Haruka likes the new person. Their outlook is unique.

She stands and gestures to the furniture, inviting Lioriley all the way in. She even gets to pick whether she wants the counselor's chair or the counselee's couch. ]

[ she decides on the chair, not quite sure what the difference is aside from one being bigger than the other. ]

Do not misunderstand, I enjoy my home very much... but there are new things here, new people that I could have never met. [ she motions to haruka. ] Like you, for instance.
