Ah- hello to everyone, especially our many newer arrivals. I have been quiet lately, but I figured it was time to introduce myself- I'm Simon Tam, medical officer on the Bloodsport. I... [He hesitated.] I've been keeping to myself a lot over the past few months, and I'm wanting to change that. I would like to learn something new- how to garden so I can help grow medical plants on the Iskaulit, perhaps. I would also be up for brushing up on my self-defense skills, since I am quite rusty at best. And if anybody has any other suggestions, I am willing to listen.

We could certainly use more help with the gardens. I've acquired some new seedlings from Arslae that I'd like to establish. Perhaps we could work on that together?

I would like that, yes. Anything I can do to lessen my dependence on Atroma, I'm willing to learn.

It's not terribly difficult. I've written a basic program to monitor the water levels in the garden relative to what each species needs, and the temperature remains consistent. The only tricky part is harvesting, as each has different requirements. We could start with seeds and work out from there.

I will warn you, it takes several weeks before a seedling produces anything useful, but many find gardening to be meditative regardless.
