Ah- hello to everyone, especially our many newer arrivals. I have been quiet lately, but I figured it was time to introduce myself- I'm Simon Tam, medical officer on the Bloodsport. I... [He hesitated.] I've been keeping to myself a lot over the past few months, and I'm wanting to change that. I would like to learn something new- how to garden so I can help grow medical plants on the Iskaulit, perhaps. I would also be up for brushing up on my self-defense skills, since I am quite rusty at best. And if anybody has any other suggestions, I am willing to listen.

Exactly. I don't really like inflicting harm on others, to tell you the truth- but it is not as though I will be seeking out fights, either.

Well, no, but you never know when you might have to defend yourself. It's a legitimate concern.

It is... because I believe Atroma is willing to do anything to ratchet up ratings, including putting us in hostile environments. Never deliberately hurting us, but leaving us in a position for such to happen.

Oh, I can definitely believe that.

[ As far as Hera is concerned, the Atroma - whatever they are - are no better than the Empire. Their means are just a little different, in the long run. ]

I do not like feeling so helpless, so I would at least like to be able to help myself out of a bad situation. Give them some good drama for their... program.

The Iskaulit- that's the larger ship following the Fleet- has a large open space for sparring and training.
