Who: A ~mysterious anonymous poster~ and you
Broadcast: Anonymous text
Action: In her room on the Bishop, if you really want to say hello
When:
[It's taken Nightingale a while to figure out how to make the anonymous text function work, and even longer to decide it's worthwhile to post. Still, she doesn't have anything else to do, and this has been eating at her for a while...]
I realized recently it's been over a year since I was last home.
Over a year since I've ever seen anyone from my world, even.
And that year has been kind of a mess.
Now I'm two crazy worlds removed from home, and it's not looking like I'll get to go back anytime soon.
It's just now really starting to sink in.
I'm starting to get homesick, I guess.
But I know there's a bunch of people here who have been here even longer than I have.
Or have a lot more pressing things to get back to.
So... How do you cope?
How can you deal with this for so long?
After this long, my usual distractions aren't really working so well anymore.

Please hold, technical problems. Like choking on her drink. She'll get back to you in a moment.]
Well I suppose you could try
but I don't know if you'll get very far

Really?
Why not?

she only dates people with money
[So there.]

[She's not gonna hide it now. It does mean she's probably forfeited her chance to work out who this really is, but hey. At least she's distracted you for a bit.]

Disappointing.

I've already worked out who you are
[l o l liar]

Have you now?

I'm not about to tell anyone
that would be rude
[I give away nuthink.]

See, Nightingale is on a very short list of people it could be by now. Kirito's out; he doesn't drink. Bigby isn't the type. This kind of sass is familiar to Nightingale. But on the other hand, there are other people that come into the bar regularly that she doesn't know jack about, so she can't be sure.
So she has options.
One is to casually message every person she thinks it could be, because you don't need to know any better, mystery person. It's tempting.
But that would be kind of rude and if she's outplayed, she's outplayed.
So.]

I'm only about 60% sure honestly
but that doesn't negate anything I've had to say
I'm still a great bartender to enable drinking and talk to
and you shouldn't wallow

[Well, it's not a 'no'.]
