01 ( video + action )
Who: Lydia Martin + you
Broadcast: Fleetwide
Action: The Marsiva
When: 27/1
( This time when Lydia awakes it's easier. No screaming, but still confusion. She's still in her Eichen House gown, hair messy and limbs feeling tired - achy from the lack of use even though it's only been a few days.
The first few seconds - maybe even first minute - of the transmission are met with silence, the image showing Lydia looking around the room, walking closer to the walls to examine them. After all that's just happened, after being trapped in her head, it's hard for Lydia to know whether this is real or not. Touching the wall helps slightly, but everything with Meredith had felt just as real )
Is it real? ( Her voice is soft, a little confused - dazed. There's something of a fog in Lydia's mind that isn't just from the recent events. Like there's something that she should remember but is having trouble with - or somewhere ) It isn't Eichen House.
( Not Eichen House. Possibly real. The only places that Lydia had seen in her head were places that she'd been before. If only waking up in unfamiliar places wasn't so unusual for Lydia )
--
( It's a few hours later when Lydia's roaming around the ship. She'd wanted to wait to see if there were any answers to her question, and to get her bearings some more with what there was. There was little in the room that Lydia could find for herself - or of her own things. No other clothes, no belongings or familiar items.
As Lydia walks the hallways, still in her Eichen House clothes, there's an occasional hand touching the wall. Although Lydia has heard answers, and even spoken to some that are familiar, she wants to know. Be sure. Be sure that there isn't something about the Dread Doctors involved here - that it's really happening. Lydia doesn't know what she's looking for. Someone in person to really confirm it? Food? New clothes would definitely be nice. It might take a few hours - or a day or two before the reality of this really sets in. Being in space? So different to supernatural creatures )

[ this comes quickly, sharply. he doesn't know exactly all of what's happening, no, but that doesn't change anything -- they're going to rescue her. that's nothing but fact. ]
We'll wake you up. You know that.
[ there's simply no alternative. ]
( Even though Lydia knows that that isn't a thing - that Stiles, and Scott, won't stop until she's back, she's not the biggest concern. Not the danger )
Theo. He's looking for something. Someone.
[ killed my dad, maybe. except stiles won't say that just yet, a dark look crossing his face while he stalls. ].
I'll take care of it. Isaac's here too, you know. All the way from France.
( As great as it is that isn't not her head - or worse - being part of any of this... it still doesn't feel right. And what's worse is that feeling that's bothering her. Like this is familiar )
[ he takes a breath, apparently trying to calm himself. she was the last person he'd expected to see. ]
( Because what else is she going to call entertainment? )
Is Isaac with you?

[ he doesn't want to let her out of his sight, as if he's terrified she'll just disappear again. a little lamely, he finishes: ]
I'll go find Isaac.
( Will his video still work as he does? She has no idea, but the comfort of having someone familiar when you're in an unfamiliar place- of having Stiles' more grounded self- it helps )
[ for the first and only time in his like, stiles stilinski has no idea what to actually say. ]
( It's a ship. They're in space. Have they stopped anywhere? )
