Good evening. I believe there are quite a few people here that I am not acquainted with. My name is Nunnally Lamperouge, and it is a pleasure to meet all of you. [She smiles slightly. It seems like a natural smile-- aside from the formality of her speech, it's hard to tell that she's feeling quite tense at the moment]

But to those that I am acquainted with, h-hello again. [she sounds a bit awkward saying it, which she doesn't enjoy but she's not sure how else to put it, you know?] I'm not... quite sure what became of me for the last few months. It didn't seem as if any time has passed, but the next thing I knew I was awake again on the Marsiva, and time had passed without my knowledge. It seems I've been reassigned to a new ship and-- [she trails off for a moment] hopefully my skills aren't too rusty.

I suppose... that's all I wished to say. Thank you for your time, everyone.

[and, anyone on the Blue Fish will find a random young girl wheeling around the ship in a fancy motor-powered wheelchair. Even though she seems quite perplexed, she will make an effort to smile politely and wave at anyone that she encounters]

It's really good to see you too. Even if... it feels like it was only yesterday.

It was a bit longer than that, but you didn't miss much.

So it seems. I've tried to look back through the network to see what I missed. It's... [disturbing] strange to think I could be gone, but not even be aware of it

It seems that there's nothing but strange things happening here, all the time. That hasn't changed.

Mm... [she tilts her head, and holds the communication device slightly closer]

[there he was, just flipping through the channels, disinterested in all of the new people showing up, when he suddenly hears a familiar voice and... well, it's kind of like when Coil showed up, but with less yelling.

there's that same tension, hesitation to actually believe it, but he barely thinks when he flicks the video switch on. he's in his face of paint, like usual. familiar dark circles and sharp lines. he's got to catch her before she disappears.]

I've been fine, or as fine as one can be here.

[ A short, quiet laugh. ]

[and in turn, his appearance elicits and genuine emotional reaction from her. Her eyes widen for a moment, and then something like relief spreads from inside her chest to her smile.]

Mm, I'm back. I'm-- [she pauses, a little embarrassed. She realizes this is a selfish thing to say, but still she says it] it's good to see you.

[hah, she raises a hand to cover her mouth as she laughs a little too]

I guess that's true. It's good to know the fleet hasn't completely fallen to pieces.

[hey! guess who has finally gotten brave enough to start using the network!

also... guess how much of all of that he actually listened to.]

[hehe, but it's a nice casual greeting, so it makes her smile all the same]

It seems that way. How have you been? I'm sorry that I was out of touch for so long.

Hm... not exactly. But this place has always seemed a little ominous to me. [in the sense of it seems too good to be true]

[which is, of course, the most superficial and borderline-untrue answer he possibly could have said. it's just automatic; he moves right on from it.]

Well... I'm not quite sure where I was for the last two months. But other than that I'm alright.

[on some instinctual level, this doesn't make any sense to him. people don't ever leave his life and then just come back. Coil was a freak coincidence with a whole bunch of drawbacks. he can't get this lucky twice.]

You're-- all right? [he even manages to make it sound kind of like a question.]

[they're just too good at the KEEP SMILING DON'T BOTHER ANYONE THE WORLD IS FINE game.]

Oh? ...What do you mean?

I think so. [honestly it's something she's been wondering too, so it's a relief to be asked and verbalize her thoughts] I feel a little stiff, but physically fine.

It's just a little... unnerving to suddenly wake up and find that so much time has passed.

The reason I've been so quiet for a while, is that I've... it seems that I was dismissed from the fleet for a short time.

[that's a relief. he relaxes, even if it's not by much.

after a moment of thought, he picks up his personal communicator and sends her something, even though he keeps the video on for the network feed. he wants to see if her personal frequency is still the same.]

[hm... she watches the video feed, curious as to what he's doing. Ah, but then it makes sense as she gets the text. She quickly types back a dumb--]

[she's not even sure if he'll want to answer that. But text seems like a better place to ask]

[ah, maybe she can catch him smile a little as he reaches over and turns the video feed off. he continues the text conversation, of course.]

[he doesn't mind communicating quite as much, now. he's gotten a lot of practice with Hange, lately, and with Cecil before she left...]

been a brat to hange, but he's getting better. a girl came and left, now there's another man on board. he's ok.
