[For someone who looks like she stepped out of some medieval era, Ciri doesn't seem too alarmed by all the space and technology. It's easy enough for her to figure out how to broadcast, and she peers into the camera for a moment before speaking.]

So, two questions: where can I get a sword, and how exactly are my abilities dampened, here? [Because the first thing she tried to do was teleport back to Skellige, only for a whole lot of nothing to happen. Maybe if she didn't have enemies to demolish she'd actually feel some relief about the fact that what makes her a target for so many people is gone.] I can't be the only one. Someone must be very skilled to figure out how to keep that much control over us.

And... one more thing. I don't suppose any of my companions have found themselves here. [She frowns, brow creasing with worry. It's unlikely. She knows how sudden world-hopping works... or doesn't work. Still, she must try.] Geralt? Yennefer? Triss?

And what do you do? I'm curious as to how elves are treated by the people here.

I'm a security officer.

Elves are treated the same as everyone else is here. There is no prejudice against us.

...I will admit, it's a little refreshing.

May I ask you for a favor? Should you cross paths with an elf named Avallac'h, I would like to know. In a place such as this he might gravitate more towards his kind, or what appears to be his kind.

I...am not overly fond of my own kind. They tend to avoid me.

[Jove's just about the only elf here he's willing to tolerate. And that's because she's tenacious enough to not give up on him.]

They avoid me because I have little time for them.

A warrior. Though I am a mercenary, not a soldier. I have no allegiance to anyone but my friends.

That's the best way to be. Though I would think that here such an allegiance would be simple. It's us or those that put us on these ships.

That is not an easily won battle. Atroma are impossible to contact and practically invisible to us. We may hear their lackeys speak to us, even on occasion they will deign to speak to us directly, but Atroma themselves? Nothing. We may as well battle fresh air.

You mean no one has ever seen any of the beings behind our being here? Not once?
