Hey. [New Flooters, meet your resident weird-looking alien girl.] If you haven't met me yet, my name's Ahsoka Tano.
Starting tomorrow morning at 0700, I'm going to be holding regular guided meditation sessions in the Prayer Room for anyone who wants to learn. Lessons are free of charge and you don't need to know me or ask to come along. I'll be there every morning, so anyone can come as they please. [She figures that might help the anonymous person she promised to teach as well. They don't have to reveal who they are to her if they don't want to.]
I know it's early, but I thought early would be best so that those of you who have to go to work in the morning can make it. Plus, then you can start the day off on a high note! Meditation is a great way to help manage anxiety and stress. It's also proven to improve concentration and clarity of mind.
... In the evenings at 1800, I'll be holding some easy self defense classes in the Iskaulit gym, every Tuesday and Thursday. It's just basic stuff, like how to get away from different kinds of attackers. Don't worry if you think you're too small or not fit enough or whatever. There's a way for everyone.
It is a beginners class, but if you're experienced and want to help out, I'd appreciate any volunteers to partner up with people! Otherwise I'm going to be taking a lot of punches on my own, haha.
Anyway, that's all from me! Feel free to ask any questions, otherwise, hope to see you there.

She's been here long enough to know that there are many here who rightly should be Sith in her universe due to their powers, but somehow seem to hold on to their humanity. She's landed herself in trouble more than once here by jumping to conclusions about people.

[She relaxes fractionally, but it's clear she still disapproves. In the past she might have waved it off with "Well, she doesn't feel like a Sith Lord," but recently realising that there's been one right under her nose manipulating the last three years of her life and she never noticed? That tends to ramp up the paranoia a few notches.
Still, she can't go around accusing random people who aren't even from her universe of being Sith Lords, so... she settles for measured caution. Which, in Ahsoka, perhaps comes across as slightly aggressive.]
