[He's so formal. That's kind of cute, in that puppy-seeking-attention way.]

It's a pleasure to meet you. I'm lab support on the ship.

[After that, though, Qing sighs a little.]

I can't say for sure, honestly. I met someone who was looking for his sword when I arrived a few months ago, I haven't heard that he's gotten it back yet. There's a lot we don't know about this place, unfortunately.

Not in any way that we can figure them out. They don't seem to communicate much, and mostly through recordings.

[A beat.]

Um... you don't seem very surprised by the technology, actually. [Aren't you supposed to be an old Norseman or smth...]

Ah, I see.

[Look, he dealt with Robert Baratheon, ok.]

No, that's the thing of it. As far as Jennifer was saying, we basically only have their word and it only comes in forms that can be easily faked. They say we're part of some kind of TV show, but we're not sure what the rules are or how to win and get back home.

Not that I've noticed. The Atroma have been silent for a while now, at least until we got those shipments.

[The boxes are still around, whether Mal's orders to do anything else but leave them alone have been followed or not...]

I suppose I don't even know where to begin trying to clear things up.

[He smiles a little wryly at that.]

There's a lot of waiting here, definitely. They seem to let us do whatever we want, for the most part.
