Ah, hello! I'm sorry if I'm interrupting anything; please, don't mind me if I'm troubling you!

[Koala's familiar, unnatural smile has appeared! She seems to be in her black jumpsuit and white tank -- though she's taken to Han Solo's advice and bought a blue dress for herself, which appears to be hanging up in her closet next to her yellow dress. And it appears there is a clown-fish shaped child's mug on her dresser, and a strangely ice-sculpted flower in a pot behind her (thanks, phantom person). It's not much, but it's still a far cry from her plain room from her first few weeks. And not only that, but a new revelation! She has a pillow with a cat on the pillowcase! GRANTED IT'S A VERY ODD CHOICE FOR AN ELEVEN-YEAR-OLD... but hey, progress!

Still clean as hell, though. She's clearly just gotten finished with her chores, wiping her bangs out of her face. They've been growing out a little, getting in her eyes.]

I - I wasn't sure if I should say, before, but... That is, I wasn't sure if I would be punished for it, when I arrived here! But now I am trying to listen to Mr. Zuko and the others, and... and try not to think like a slave! So I will not stay quiet when I have questions! Forgive me if that is very straightforward of me.

I was wondering, um. If you have a burn, and it is not... If it's healed, but it itches badly sometimes, what... should you do?

S--sometimes it is when I am working, but it can also be when I sleep; some nights it itches so fiercely, I have trouble falling asleep!

The first time it happened, I was not allowed to say anything, but... But now, I think I can.

... I'm allowed to, right?

It's okay to ask for help for such a thing, right?

Gonna echo everybody else and say it's okay to ask for help. [A slave??? Geeeez.] Also, if you haven't found anybody to help with that, I know someone who might be able to assist. And since you're hurt, it's perfectly okay to ask for help with your chores, too. You need any help around the ship?

Oh, no, no, sir! I'm not hurt - I mean, I think it's not... It's not a fresh burn! It's quite old. A few months! But it's still very tender and causes trouble sometimes... but not enough to hurt my work, I promise you! I would never slack on my job!

That's definitely not the direction I was taking that! But it's okay, I know you wouldn't slack. I see you working so hard every day to make sure this place stays clean and I wanted to say I appreciate it.

Say, if you ever notice anything busted, could you let me know so I can fix it? You probably know your way around here way better than I do.

I'm getting there! [slowly but surely] I'm uh, I'm still learning. A lot. So it doesn't always work out the way I want it to, but. Well, but I'm the only engineer on the ship right now, so I have to work as hard as I can to make sure I take care of things properly.

Plus, I know somebody who's pretty knowledgeable with this stuff so if I ever get in a bind, I know he'll help me. [probably]

I see...! If... If you ever need assistance, I am a very good assistant!

And I could keep your work-space tidy, so you don't have to worry about clean-up.

How about this: we'll tackle this as a combined front. If I ever need help cleaning up my workspace, you'll be the first one I call. And if you ever need help with maintenance, you give me a ring. Does that work for you?

Okay, so it usually looks like this! [demonstrates] But with two people, obviously. So if we both put our hands on the camera, it'll be like we're doing it even though we're not in the same room.

What does a... high-five stand for, though?

You know what, I don't know where it came from exactly. But it's meant to portray friendship, and victory in partnership with another person. Camaraderie, that sort of thing.

So we would do it because we're celebrating the fact that we're now ship maintenance partners.

... Hmm. I do like friendship a lot!

So we should practice our -- high fives all the time!

Yup! Whenever we pass in the hallways, we'll do a practice high-five! Then we can give like classes and seminars to people who don't know about them.
