+1 unhappy time traveler
Who: Ramse and YOU
Broadcast: fleetwide
Action: SS Starstruck, if you want to come and find him
When: soon after the shuffle!
[ To say that Ramse is displeased is an understatement. This is the second time he's been yanked from one world to another, and where the first was actually an improvement, this second place is... not. Outerspace. Really. Really?! They don't even have space travel in his time, though he knows that in the past people made it as far as the moon. Nothing like this. His outrage at being taken is the overwhelming thing, though. He was happy in Eudio, where there was food and people he cared for. They told him they were sending him home (something he already had mixed feelings about) and instead he's here. Having to learn a new way of life all over again and excuse me it's being watched?
He's found the armory and the clothes in his bunk room, at least, so now he's dressed and armed. He sits in the cold empty space while he fiddles with the communicator. It turns out to be easy to use, and when he makes a broadcast his voice is deep and grumbly. Someone's sooooo cranky. ]
So let me get this straight, I'm new and might not have understood. We're here... to be entertainment. Not to save the world, not to help with a war, not to do anything productive at all.
Yeah. How do we leave?

Re: action
Hi. Nothing, really. Just [ he holds up his communicator ] trying to find a way home.

Any luck?
[Ahsoka would never say "It's impossible." For starters, she doesn't believe in the words. But also because Ahsoka has been working on her own methods. Every new person has different ideas, skills and possible solutions. You never know what they'll bring to the table.]

[ He stands up and offers a hand, since she has hands and that's probably a pretty neutral way to introduce yourself. ]
I'm Ramse. Are you on this ship or just visiting?

I'm Ahsoka Tano. [She tries for what she hopes is an easy smile, hoping to set him at ease.] It's nice to meet you. Is this your first time in space?

[ He nods in answer to her question; it's his first time in space and he has no right being in space. Astronauts used to train for years to do it, he remembers that much. ] First time. We don't even have space travel where I'm from. Not for ages.
I'm guessing you're one of the folks that's used to it.

[ Ramse has about a million questions for her but that'll do for a start. He leans in the doorframe and watches her curiously. ]

[ He's genuinely curious what jobs there are that involve interplanetary travel. Trading, maybe? ]
ahhh sorry this somehow got lost

[ He's wracking his brain, but after another moment he shakes his head. She'll have to explain this one. ]

Without going into all the technicalities, I was part of an Order that dedicated itself to maintaining peace and justice in the galaxy. We were expected to be self-sufficient, so part of our education and practical day-to-day involved flying ships like this one to other planets for various reasons. Giving aid, guarding persons of interest, diplomatic missions, and so on.
So that's why I say I'm not really a pilot, even though I know how to do it.
