It can be.
But that's why there's academies to train huntsmen and huntresses before they go out into the world.
A full-fledged huntsman is incredibly strong, and there aren't many single Grimm that could cause a problem.
It's when they show up in groups that it gets dangerous.

They usually do.
But some types more than others.
I've never heard of a lone Beowolf, but Ursai do show up alone sometimes.

I don't mind.
There's no harm in getting to know the crew on my ship, after all.
We fight them fairly often, but how often a huntress fights Grimm is mostly up to the individual.
