The Hanged Man? Yes. Though it only attracted a certain...sort of clientèle. Luckily, Kirkwall is well known for such people.

It is a brothel, so largely people who wanted sex.

It had a bar downstairs. Presumably to get possible clients more into their cups so they'd pay more.

Much less stinking pit, much more clean and welcoming. The lack of bodily fluids on the floor and walls is welcome. But don't tell him I said that. It will hurt his feelings.

Yes, it would to someone with any sense of taste. Varric, however, rather enjoyed the filth of the Hanged Man. Gave it character, he said.
