Well he certainly wasn't expecting to be found so fast if the blink of surprise on Sascha's face is any indication. He's a little startled to be addressed so suddenly, but he's able to smile weakly fairly quickly too.

"...Yes?"

The kid could have been a new passenger, but there'd been no fanfare and he very much doubted that was the case. So he advanced, his displeasure evident. "Then better change yer plans. Either go find who you were lookin' for or scram."

Logan makes a pretty intimidating sight when he comes forward like that, but Sascha manages to only shrink back a little as he fidgets with his hands. He's not sure if he should say he really isn't here for anyone in specific considering the alternative is being tossed out.

"I could be here for you though!" Genius.

[shishkebub]

Logan doubted that, but settled for simply crossing his arms.

"Then start talkin'."

[pneumo]

It's not being told off, so he'll take it. Better than the alternative.

"Oh! Okay, umm... I'm Sascha...and you smell great!"

Nailed it.

[shishkebub]

Logan opened his mouth at that, then closed it. That was a new one. He didn't really even know what to make of that. "Come again?"

[pneumo]

"You smell great?" Sascha offers a slightly confused little smile. "Like, super-healthy and stuff!"

[shishkebub]

Dryly. "Flattering. And that's all you came out here to tell me?"

[pneumo]

"Well...kinda! But I also wanted to meet you and say hi~" Like a totally normal, not-suspicious person whatsoever.

[shishkebub]

Logan was not going to say hi back. "Right. So you said it. Now what?"

[pneumo]

It's okay Sascha isn't so easily deterred. Not with someone who smells so deliciously healthy in front of him.

"Um...well, I guess I could always get to know you a little?"

[shishkebub]

He snorted. "You could. Don't recommend it, though."

[pneumo]

"How come?" He hasn't yelled at him yet, just sort of been a little intimidating--but that's nothing new in Sascha's life.

There were lots of things Logan could say about how people who got close to him tended to get hurt or how it took him years to even get to know himself. Those were both true. But not quite so true as his answer. "Cuz I'm an asshole. An' I don't intend to do much self reflection with some jackass punk that wandered onto my ship."

[pneumo]

For anyone normal, that answer would be a good enough deterrent to drop things right there and get the hint. But of course Sascha is anything but normal; in fact the only part he really focuses on is:

"Aww, I'm not that bad! I behave way better now!" Comparatively. He does crawl into less beds these days without warning.

Dryly: "As opposed to before?"

[pneumo]

"Yep!" He's so proud, look at him.

[shishkebub]

Logan remained unimpressed. "And did ya happen to come here knowing who I am?"

[pneumo]

"Um...well, not really," he admits. "But that's kinda why I wanted to get to know you!"
