[In light of certain updates from certain hunters, Nami is trying really, really hard not to take her impressive temper out on the person who's effectively her roommate on the Bloodsport. But being angry and trying to convince yourself not to lash out at someone you think may deserve it but might not so let's be nice about it doesn't really help your mood any. Nami doesn't want to lay into Cas. So Nami avoids Cas. Just for a little while. Because she respects their friendship enough not to damage it in a fit of anger, but also because she thinks trying to punch an angel might be bad for her hand. You know.

So Nami is avoiding the Bloodsport. Which isn't that hard when you've somehow found yourself working at both bars on the Iskaulit. She pulls all the extra shifts she can, keeps busy, works her temper off in fits and starts, and devotes some of her extra time to visiting the gardens to see how her mikan saplings are going, and generally explores what the Iskaulit has to offer.

Really, you can find her drinking at a bar, behind a bar, or anywhere else on the ship. Pick your poison.]

Yeah, I know. It's how I found out about it. We didn't talk much about it at the time. [There was other stupid Atroma shenanigans going on at the time.] But I did get the impression she really didn't like the place.

There are some places that take your memories too.

That's the name I recognize for it. I heard another, but I couldn't tell you what it was. [Erik had been through two after all.]

There are way too many of these places. My captain went through another one again, but he never got the name. What little I know of it, it doesn't really match up with any.

In my entire life? Yes. In the prison? I don't know. After a certain point they put you in jumpsuits when you arrived so a person might not have their hat anyway. [There was briefly a Luffy there, but she never met him.]

You'd probably have known Luffy if he was there. He's, uh. Loud. And an idiot. Very hard to miss.

Mmm...I don't think so? [That is ringing some kind of bell for her, but not enough to be sure of anything.] There were unnecessarily loud people on the network sometimes. I didn't pay much attention. Those kinds of people didn't usually have anything worth saying.

You can request things like that there. You need rehabilitation points which I'm pretty sure they just made up as they went along since you never actually knew how many you had.

...huh. Kind of like we have credits here, and can put requests in for our stuff. I hope your requests actually arrived.

They did if the wardens approved it, but I never wanted anything from them. Do they not arrive here?

Well, different setup, I guess. The jailers that be told me I could fill in paperwork to get my weapon back, and then told me it was "stuck in customs". So that's kind of just stringing us on.

Do you know of anyone who has gotten a weapon back that way? Or anything else.

That they requested? In my limited experience, no. But I haven't been here as long as some of the older fleet residents, and some of them are pretty close-mouthed. If they know different, they're not saying.

Yeah. Well, good to know anyway. Not that I ever want to depend on my captors more than I absolutely have to. [Which is already a lot.]

I'm not much one for dependence. I am one for taking your captors for everything they've got while there's opportunity, though.

You have a point there. Though if I'm going to take I'd rather it be something they aren't giving willingly.

Unwillingly is vastly more worthwhile, agreed. But I've got use for the things they do give us.
