[A lot has gone on lately, many different conversations that in some form or another had Furiosa thinking about home. Even her experience ~~headbutting~~ helping Max took her back, and while she has been in the Fleet for some time now, the curiosity about the fate of those they left behind hasn't lessened. It's been unsaid, and she tries not to worry herself about it since there's nothing she can do, but she wonders. How would everyone fare? Who would take up in her stead? The Wives? The remaining Vuvalini? The past week has made it hard to forget about, so maybe if she indulges in dwelling in it]

[She opens a video, looking slightly worn after the debacle with Max's tooth and her own lingering concerns about home, but otherwise she seems to be doing well.]

Does anyone else wonder about the state of the homes we were pulled from? Anyone ... else ... feel like they're missing out on responsibilities?

Well, I can go around and take all the bullets back, and then give them to you, if that is what you desire.

Those who know how don't usually hand them out loaded. [Maybe she should stay training right here with Tyrion first.] They're just as deadly with allies as they are with enemies.

Really? [Now there was a thoughtful blink on his end.] Are our allies going to go around and shoot us?

It's ... no. [She tries to think about how to best explain this.] They're volatile weapons. You drop one, it goes off, suddenly someone's out an eye, or worse.

[~~Like she's really one to talk she'd have hidden ten loaded pieces across the First Breath if she had them.~~]

I see ...

[Well that was considerably more dangerous. He eyes the Captain for a moment.] One wonders why one would invent a weapon that one cannot properly control. Very well, I shall go and unload all of the weapons and keep the bullets in a separate location.

[A pause.] Should we tell anyone where the bullets are?

[She stares at the feed for a moment. She might have a good compromise.] You know, bring me the ammunition and I'll distribute it after training.

That is a perfectly reasonable response, and so, I will.

[Good. They've come to an agreement.] Meet me in my quarters. We should go over some of the basics.

[Tyrion nodded, a faint smirk on his face, before he went to switch off the feed and over he came with a gun and bullets.]

All right, where shall we get started?

[She reaches out for the gun, and as soon as she has it in place she snaps open the barrel to make sure there's not one bullet hiding in there, and then snaps it shut. It's curious, how to explain safety to someone who's built the thing, but he's proving to not quite have the understanding of the weapon despite assemblage.]

Where are you getting the blueprints to construct this?

In books, mostly. The library here has the most interesting collection. I did not, however, check out the volume on gun safety ... besides keep the safety on, and if you truly do not want to put a hole in someone, don't load the weapon.

[He looked around curiously.]

To be blunt, I am surprised you haven't all been taught this from birth.

I have, but not every world is as volatile as mine was. [Okay, he gets the idea of a safety, she'll get more into that later. She sets the gun aside and picks up a single bullet.]

There was a woman in my world, called these the 'anti-seed'; plant one and watch something die. It doesn't take more than that for devestating results. With something like, like a pike, you've got to have intent. It's harder to accidentally stab someone in a way that will be fatal. These things? It doesn't take much.
