[Lily turned to the screen and smiled, she was holding a parchment and glancing down at it before she started speaking.] Hogwarts has a tradition of sorting students when they arrive. They sit an old, worn hat on your head and it reads things about you that you don't even know yourself, your hopes and dreams and ambitions. The Sorting Hat decides where you will go and who will become the family you have there.

[She smiled and looked up again.] Gryffindor, where dwell the brave of heart. Their daring, nerve and chivalry set Gryffindors apart. It's a Gryffindor who is celebrating a birthday today and I would like everyone to join me in doing what James Potter hasn't managed yet, attend the Fleet's first Quidditch themed party on the first Breath, hosted by Cheese Sandwich and myself.

[Lily closed the broadcast and helped Cheese with the last minute details that were necessary for any party. She was saving the taller decorations for Alistair since he had offered to help for cake.]

Well, I'll be around then. [Have fun. It's a foreign concept to Furiosa, and even here she hasn't really gone out of her way to find the sort of joy for the sake of joy she thinks Lily is talking about. Racing vehicles, yes, that gets her blood pumping, but it's more a sort of mindless adrenaline rush that she existed in in her own world. Have fun wasn't something she thought she could just ... do.]

I grabbed you some supplies at the station. I wasn't sure quite what you were looking for so I tried to get a variety.

[Not surprising Lily that the Captain had not seen a great many days of joy in her life. She felt it was part of her term on the ship to ensure that there might be more of them. And food, the woman hardly seemed to know food that wasn't what others might kick to the side of the street back home.]

Great! I'm happy to do more with whatever we might have on hand.

[Lily you could chocolate cover a cockroach and that would be an unheard of delicacy to Furiosa. She has been on the ship long enough to become a little spoiled with food available at any time - even with the rations it's generally more than she'd gotten in her world - be it protein paste or canned veg-all.]

I look forward to seeing what you come up with.

If only all guests were as easy to please as you. [But hey, a compliment is still a compliment and she'd take it.]

[She thinks for a moment, but she already knows the answer.] Anything with peach.

Peach? I remember some cobbler and tart recipes. But they will take some time to gather ingredients. I'll keep my eye out for them though.

There's no rush. I appreciate that you're doing it at all.

Well it could take a while to find any peaches, but when I have some I'll let you know.
