Who: margaery tyrell
Broadcast: fleet wide
Action: the windrose and all around the moon
When: current
[ enter margaery tyrell of the windrose. remember? silks, beautiful curls, too generous of a cleavage for a sixteen year old? queen to be?
today, the pale pink silks are tainted, as well as the usual fair skin with a mixture of dirt, mud, leaves and at least three colors of paint. ]
I do believe I won against the locals in their odd little paint game. I find it quite brilliant if a little bit of a hazard if one is very attached to their clothes.
[ the queen to be seems much more of a brat today ]
I offer a different game of chance. some smallfolk in my realm say that one can tell someone's future and their traits according to the palm of their hands. I was told it is all false but.
[ there is a but with margaery tyrell ]
A guessing game! I shall attempt to read your palm and if three of my guesses are correct, that must be worth a prize. I shall leave it to you to choose what to give me. If I lose, I shall of course be in debt of one prize to my company.

And I still need to play some paintball. Maybe we can team up later

[ oh, the paintball! ]
Some of them think girls do not play it as well as boys, we shall prove them direly wrong.

And yeah, we will. Apparently that's a thing, but where I'm from, it's mostly not supported. Girls are pretty vicious.

[ she lifts a hand before she can answer ]
do not tell me. I imagine I shall see for myself when I visit.
[ a little smile ]
even more than boys?
no subject
No... I don't think so. I think there have been more male Hunger Games winners. But the girls aren't discounted because they're girls, or even because they're young and small.

[ a hum ]
the same applies to the matter of size, I think. My brother defeated knights much larger than himself. Their size made them slower.

[ it is always better, if one can; to have victories together. if only because it means there will be someone to protect you from future losses.
the games that move the world never end, after all ]

Thanks. I agree. We'll make a good team.
How are you with strategy?
no subject
[ perhaps it is a healthy instinct and perhaps it's more like garden hide and seek only with paint balls ]
But do not tell anyone, they might think I am bragging.

[ a beat and then she grins, all mischievous ]
Maybe after we win.

[ she looks down at her gown ]
A new quest, it would seem.

[ a little grin, if only to show that it's as far from distress as can be. ]

are you implying something, sweet Nova?

[ the second-of-all is pretty obvious ]

[ marge, you're a brat ]
and I should like to see anyone try to argue otherwise.
