today, the pale pink silks are tainted, as well as the usual fair skin with a mixture of dirt, mud, leaves and at least three colors of paint. ]

I do believe I won against the locals in their odd little paint game. I find it quite brilliant if a little bit of a hazard if one is very attached to their clothes.

I offer a different game of chance. some smallfolk in my realm say that one can tell someone's future and their traits according to the palm of their hands. I was told it is all false but.

I donno, I'd rather be a gardener than shot. So what's the story with gardeners and flowers and your family?

It is because of our house's seat, the Reach and even moreso, the castle in Highgarden. It was built by Garth the Gardener himself on top of a high hill. When he looked down from the hill he had seen endless fields of flowers by the Mander River and so he named his castle Highgarden and took the rose to be our house' sigil.

[ she smiles and shows him a brooch of a golden rose she keeps on her gowns at all time ]

A golden rose on a green field. Growing Strong - those are our words and flowers and roses have been our symbol since. Highgarden is known for fountains of water, endless fields of gold roses, sweet summerwine and the Seven Kingdom's sweetest fruit. Other houses care for ships or wars, house Tyrell always cared for poetry and dance and music, it is way many name our seat the heart of chivalry.

[ her pride is sweet - as sweet as the place that she's describing, and it makes him smile fondly, wishing he could see it, wishing he could help her go home to it - and to her family. ]

It sounds like an amazing place -- and a smart house.

Each house has its own sigil and its own words and most of them are rather somber - Hear me roar, We do not sow, Winter is coming. House Tyrell is known for art and flowers and beauty.

though perhaps some find the theme a bit dull.

Hear me Roar? there is a song of such a name? well. I am hardly surprised. their sigil as you might have guessed is a lion.

[ she cannot claim it lacks in creativity since Growing Strong matched with a rose is not very original either. ]

Hope is something that my realm direly need. After all the days of war, I would like to try and - have the people enjoy some festivities, mayhaps a festival, something everyone would enjoy, not only highborns.

Actually I wouldn't be surprised if there were 10000 songs varying around that theme -

Hope is always a good thing to have around - and to give. That sounds like a great idea to me - as a general rule, the lower you are on the food chain, the worse war hits you.

It has been - a long time since the highborns of the capital went to Flea Bottom. If one cannot see how the lowest of their realm live, how can one hope to improve their lives? Before I came here, I tried to go every other day, to visit the children and buy my food from the stalls.

They thought that and worse about everyone who was ever different. You just have to prove them wrong.
