The best information I can give you is on duplicates in our world. I have only seen it affect the Hero of Ferleden, Hawke and the Inquisitor, but it's important all the same. There are different...versions, I suppose of them. For example, the Hawke I know from home is a man and a rogue, the one here is a woman and a mage. You asked about Inquisitor Trevelyn, the one here has the last name of Lavellan.

They still know us as...well, us, but some aspects of our lives are different in these other versions of Thedas.

A man? Oh, that's interesting. She - the Hawke I remember - would certainly laugh at that. Did he have a beard?

The she may be the one we have here, she certainly has a sense of humour. And yes, he was rather proud of it, in fact. It covered most of his face and neck, and yet he loved it.
