you know, i have to say i'm not surprised that such a ruined planet is home to humans. if there's anything they're good at, it's destroying everything they touch with their filthy little fingers.

i wouldn't bother trying to help fix it. it'll just be ruined again in a few years.

Humans are extremely destructive in a lot of cases, it's true. They pollute, they kill, they are sometimes completely selfish and have no regard for other lives. And sometimes they plug their ears and pretend nothing's wrong.

But the same applies to vampires, werewolves, demons, angels, and every other creation I've ever met. Not sure why humans are the only intelligent life you're against — I've never met any race incapable of the same... except maybe... Zanna (but even they make some pretty harsh mistakes in life).

Looks like you and humans share some pretty common traits, yourself.

if monster souls are made of love, mercy, and compassion as they are back home...one has to wonder what human souls are made out, that they can exist without those traits.

I'm sorry to say it - just like I'm sorry for any pain that humans must have caused - but not all monsters match yours. The monsters of my world feed on humanity and commit just as unspeakable cruelty; love, mercy, and compassion are no better than humanity's. Sometimes, the monsters I see aren't even capable of that much.

No offense, but you can't speak for every world out there...

And it's not in your DNA to be nothing but cruel and horrible, as a human bring. It's up to you as a human to decide what you're going to be. Once you become what you hate most, it's all over.

The current inhabitants of the planet might or might not be to blame for its ruined state, but that doesn't mean we should just leave everyone to suffer. The only way a society will change is if its people make efforts to change it. That's the responsibility of people who notice that there's something wrong in the first place.

It's not as if you're completely wrong. Humans are often terrible creatures, capable of everything you say and more.

But if you sit back and watch, that makes you no better, doesn't it? No matter what you are. If you feel no satisfaction in assisting someone else, then that's your own perception of it.

Still, it's perhaps more telling that you won't own up to your thoughts without a shroud around your identity.
