[The night has finally come--the Gravity Rush is nearly upon us! What normally serves as a large performance hall has been gutted, emptied of its boring furniture and rigged up into a fantastical mismatch of technology and old culture. No matter where you go tonight, you're encouraged to move around, dance, play games, whatever helps you sleep in late tomorrow morning.

If you aren't one for scurrying around a ballroom all night, there's always plenty of people-watching to do. After all, so many people are wearing extravagant costumes and elaborate masks. How can you even tell who is who? Get lost in a crowd of sequins, chatter with a sun and a moon, or try to beat the guy in the monster-mask at a game of cards. Meet your friends or make some new ones--this masquerade party has begun!]

I think it's a metalloid instead of a metal. So it moves a lot better but it doesn't have any use as actual armor. [Grin.] But it's really pretty, right?

Can you stand for a bit? We don't have to do something complicated. I think I can still pull off the old prom dance style. And we can stay right here so when you need to you can sit right back down.

I don't know what a prom is. But okay, yeah, I can stand a little. [She gets up, being careful to lean on her cane.]

It's a kind of dance in my world, like a pretend ball for teenagers.

_{[ He lets her get up on her own, though his hands hover just in case. When she's up he steps in and encourages her to place her free hand on his shoulder and he put his on her hips. The position assumed he began to sway back and forth, feet moving the barest bit, gently easing them around in a circle. ]}

Every girl should have a chance to dance at the big party, right?

That sounds like fun. We mostly just have dance clubs and stuff.

[Yep, this kind of dancing is about her speed. It's not like she knows how to dance as such anyway.]

Heh, it's exciting at the time. One I got out of high school, but clubs were a lot more fun.
