[Cheese appears on the screen with a wide grin and a wave of his hoof.]

Hey everypony!! Today is a super duper awesome day! It's Pinkie Pie's birthday! I know she's pretty new to the Fleet and all, but I've thrown her a little shindig and I'm sure she'd love as many of you lovely folks if you could show up. She will for sure pay it back in kind when your celebrations come up. I mean, if you think I'm a good party planner, you wait til you see her.

So yeah! If you wanna come celebrate her birthday, come on down to the Iskaulit. I'm gonna be bringing her over at about seven. It's gonna be a surprise!!

[Action: Iskaulit]

[And those coming aboard the Iskaulit will find glitterly arrows stuck to the walls, leading them to the room where Cheese has set up the "little shindig". There are balloons and streamers everywhere, bunting and banners hangs from the ceiling - all bearing the face of the aforementioned pink pony. Food tables stand to one side, filled with delicious (but vegetarian) dishes, while another table holds more deserts and treats than you could ever imagine. The center-piece is a birthday cake which seems to be in the shape of an aligator. But Cheese isn't actually that great at the culinary arts despite his name, so it's kind of hard to tell.

Regardless, it's clear a lot of effort has gone into this, and the theme PINKIE IS GREAT is perhaps a little too obvious. But this is what happens when you put others on pedestals. Time to party like they're not on a bunch of spaceships trapped in a reality TV show for the rest of time. Woooo!]

Um. Looks like I've missed a heck of a lot since I've been away. That's um- yeah that's a whole lot of stuff.

Congrats on redeeming her I guess?

[He doesn't even know how they manage that. That's protectors of the realm stuff he doesn't have to worry about the ins and outs of. She might have to remind him it's his turn. He's still trying to fathom what sort of world it would have been if the gang hadn't seen the rainboom. Would that mean Pinkie didn't get her cutie mark? And by extension, he wouldn't have had his, right? Wow. ]

[To be fair, a lot of it HAPPENED in a short period of time. But yeah, that's a lot to think about. Cheese could've ended up turning into a traveling TAX AGENT.]

Aw, thanks! Twilight did most of the work on that one, but we are cupcake buddies now~

[He blinks, before shaking his head clear. Head in the game. ]

Oh. Um right. My turn.

[He'll pull out a straw and a pile of marbles gush out. ]

...Well, darn.

[Not every convincing there, Cheese. ]

[Such a great actor, buuuuut the Pinkie Sense Motive roulette falls on her catching that. The "well, darn" didn't help. At all.]

... Cheese Sandwich, you're not letting me win just because it's my first time playing and it's my birthday, are you~?

[One day he will learn that his amazing lying abilities really don't work on her so well any more. Still, he's nothing if not a trier, and puts a hoof to his chest. ]

As if I would do such a thing like that.

I mean, how would anypony even lose a game of this on purpose? It would be sooooo tricky.

PLOP! All the remaining balls fall into her corner.]

That put a spanner into it.

He stares at the little cascade of balls for a moment, before looking up at her. ]

Touché, Miss Pie. Touché.

[Her smile softens and she lets out a small giggle.]

I know you meant well, silly, but it's a LOT more fun to play against you at your best! Plus it'll help me learn more, you know?

[He'll give a nervous laugh, pawing the ground with a forehoof. Busteeeed. ]

Well, I'll remember that for the future, so you can kick my hinny fair and square.

Heehee, there you go! Like right now; best two out of three, or do you wanna show me ANOTHER game~?

I got other games! I got so many games. There's a great one called Jenga! Same principle, only you have to build and you take away these little blocks.

Ooh, that one sounds fun too! What else, what else?!

[He bounces excitedly!!! ]

There's the BEST one! It's called Hungry Hungry Hippos!

Oh my gosh, that sounds awesome~! What is it?!

[Atroma sure do love them Hasbros. He leads her to the hippo-based contraption.]

It's great!! You hit these little levers and it makes your hippo eat the marbles. Whoever had the most marbles at the end wins!

Oooooh that looks awesome~! And SOUNDS awesome~!

It IS awesome!!!

[He trots in an excited circle around it. ]

You wanna play?

[And she'll skip in a circle right behind him, stopping at the opposite hippo.]

YEAH I wanna play!

[He releases the balls into the center, and with a wide grin- he isn't kidding about not pulling any punches this time, the game IS ON - puts a hoof on top of the lever of his hippo. ]

Ready- Set - GO!!!

[Frantic lever slamming? You bet! ]

[Slam ALL the levers! FEED those hippos! EARN that victory!]

[He will, there's no failing here, he is playing to win! Those poor hippos won't know what hit them. ]

Hahaha! You think you have me beat, Miss Pie, but not this time!

Weeee'll see about that, Mr. Sandwich!

[GET 'EM, BOYS!]

[He'll snap up marbles as fast as his little hooves can manage. Will he win? PROBABLY NOT, but he'll try! ]

Come on little hippo! Eat 'em up!!!

[They're actually pretty dang close right now; might come down to a marble count!]

Whoohoo! Come on, almooost~!

[Such excitement!!! Such intrigue!!! The last marble gets SHLOPED up by the hippo and Cheese bounces excitedly.]

WOW! That was a great game! I forgot what fun it can be.
