[Hey Blue Fish, it's your resident tactical officer. And hoo boy is she sorry looking right now. Now that she's sober and not being horrendously hungover, it's time to make this post.]

Hello everyone.

[A beat.]

I wanted to apologize for my behavior two nights ago. It was utterly shameful and there is no excuse for it. I... hope all of you do not think too much less of me after that.

[Her hopes remain low, though.]

Thank you to those of you who tried to... help me. My apologies for whatever I said. Some parts of that night are gone from my memory, but I am sure I made quite a mess of things. If there is anything any of you want me to specifically address, please feel free to ask me.

[She nods before ending the feed.]

[Afterwards, Riona can be found out and about on the ship, mostly in her frequent haunts: the kitchen, the cargo bay and her room. Don't be surprised if she only nods in greeting if she sees you. The poor girl is feeling raw and quite humiliated after her stunt two nights ago, so she's being especially withdrawn and quiet.]

[Allen went looking for her after she sent out that broadcast. He finds her in the cargo bay and approaches her. He offers her a smile as he approaches]

How are you feeling?

Pardon me for saying this but you are not quite like yourself, lady Riona.

[While speaking he moves to slice some bread.]

Normally you are less quiet. [That is mostly his part.] I do not wish to pry, of course. But if you wish to tell me what has happened, I do not mind to listen. [If she does not, he would not mind either. It is not his place to pry.]

[Riona was going to practice with her sword, but honestly, she doesn't feel like doing much of anything right now.

When Allen approaches her, she's sitting on the floor, sword laid out across her knees.]

The worst of the hangover has passed. I should be completely recovered by tomorrow.

[It's easier for her to talk about her physical ailments. Her mental ones are a whole other story.]

I'm glad to hear that.

[It doesn't surprise him she focuses on that first. He moves to sit by her, pulling a small bottle of water out of his jacket pocket and offering it to her]

Here, to help you hydrate.

[She glances over at him from the mess table.]

You did not see that embarrassment of a post I displayed two nights ago?

Thank you kindly.

[She takes it and opens it, taking a long drink from it.]

I am glad we have those pills in the med bay. They helped with the headache.

Mm, those are helpful alright.

[Not that he drinks, but for headaches? Sure]

...And I heard your message. I think you're being a bit hard on yourself.

[That damn message. Damn her and her drunken stupidity. This is going to haunt her for a long time.]

I barely even remember. I listened to it yesterday once I was feeling well enough to stand the screen light. [She thunks her head against the wall behind her.] What a mess I've made.

I meant the apology message.

[He offers her a shrug]

Not really. I mean, you didn't drink yourself into debt and you're not arrested- so I've seen much worse.

Oh. [A pause.] Seems like it was warranted. My behavior was pretty damn disgraceful, and I'm sure I embarrassed a number of people.

[It was the least she could do for how she acted.]

Perhaps not, but... I said some things I shouldn't have, and that's what I remember. I'll be cleaning up this mess for awhile.

Embarrassed? [Hmm...] Well, not me at least. Compared to the embarrassing things my family has done, it doesn't even make the list.

[Come back when you marry a country really]

But I see... [Yeah. Hurt feelings, that's harder] What was it that caused you to drink in the first place?

You know, I've been hearing that a bit. Makes me wonder just what sort of madness people have witnessed.

[Not that she hasn't seen her share of it, but good Maker...]

That's a bit of a complicated answer, despite what I said that night. [Luckily she didn't stomp on feelings so much as spew her own feelings everywhere. Ones she.... rather not have.] Too much pent up, things I thought I had dealt with, and something at the masquerade sort of... pushed me over, I suppose.

[He laughs a little] Quite a bit, really. The last place I was was a magic castle with little to do and unlimited amounts of alcohol. Things...escalated a lot.

[A lot a lot]

That sounds serious. You seemed like you were having a good time at the masquerade when I talked to you. [But that was early in the evening, before him and Clay skipped out]

Magic and alcohol? Now that's... pretty dangerous.

[Two wonderful things that had the ability to cause untold destruction.]

I was. It just... a conversation happened, and I did not handle it as I should have.

[Okay guess she's gonna keep that pent up. Alright]

Oh yeah, it certainly was. [He gives a nod] I remember my sixteenth birthday. There was someone holding some...blind date event. And my friend thought it'd be funny to put my name in.

Well my date turned out to be...another comrade that he had also put in! This very angry, unfriendly guy. And he wanted to do it even less than I did, so he decided to get pissed drunk beforehand. And then some girls decided to help him get ready and...

[And awkward gesture]

Let's just say when I met up with my blind date, he pulled a sword on me while wearing a very pink, very puffy ballgown.

[Yeah, she is done talking about that. Her feelings just explode and it makes a mess and what good does it do?

Not the healthiest attitude, admittedly...]

[The mental image, even though she has no idea what this guy looks like, is enough to earn a few giggles out of her. It's probably the first time she's laughed in a few days.]

They managed to fit him into such a thing?

[oh yeah, he was hoping it'd get some laughter out of her]

Somehow. Heels and a bow in his hair too.

Impressive! Maker, he must have been drunk out of his mind.

I'd imagine so. We never talked about it again, so I don't know if he choose to forget about it, or was too drunk to remember.

[It's a mystery, really]

Needless to say, there wasn't a second date.

If fate was kind to him, it was the latter. Alcohol is usually good for that at least.

[She would know. BA DUM TISH]

No? What a pity. I'm sure he would have looked just as lovely for your next date.

[He snorts]

No way. I think he actually would've killed me if it happened again.

Seems a bit harsh, especially considering the first time was hardly your fault. Speaking of dates, though...

[Uh oh.]

I've seen you with a particular man quite often on the ship.

That wouldn't matter to him.

[Kanda is what Kanda is. No changing that. But anyway, following the subject change-!]

Ah- have you?

Mmhmmm. [Look her love life is an AU clusterfuck, at best. She's just gonna live vicariously through others now.] He seems rather handsome, and you two seem... close.
