I don't know. I just...I hate that this stupid archaic way of thinking is bringing her down. She has so much potential, you know?

She needs someone like you to look up to, and to look out for her. Her situation with people from home is...complicated. One's already made a creepy threat against her. [ yes, he was always going to bring this up. because kara is so much better equipped to protect her, even half powered. but it was nice, for a couple minutes, to just have a simple fun easy exchange. ]
