Recently - our engineer, our pilot, and our previous captain. We currently are in the process of finding a new pilot and have acquired a new engineer.

[Though... it's Pinkie Pie. She's really not sure how a horse who clearly does not possess opposable thumbs can handle the job, but at least she has others to put out fires as needed. Literal and figurative.]
