Who: Yuri Kozukata & you!
Broadcast: Fleet-wide video
Action: The Marsiva if there's anyone even around for that
When: now right now
[here's a clattering noise when everything turns on as Yuri wakes slowly at first, only to realize this isn't her bed in Hisoka's house and sits up to send everything flying. Her device skids across the floor and Yuri sits stock-still for a few long moments, taking everything in.
She climbs out of bed and picks the device up, staring at it incomprehensibly for a moment before something else seems to catch her attention and she looks off.] Hi...soka...? [okay but what the fuck actually tho. This is clearly not Hisoka's home, nor the Shadowspring. It didn't feel like she'd gotten sucked into someone's memories.
She looks at the device again, her expression trying to stay carefully neutral despite the corners of her mouth turning down and the furrowed brow indicating clear confusion. There's a certain haunted quality about her face, like someone who hadn't quite decided yet if living or dying was a better option. She looks away again and starts walking]
This isn't Japan, is it? Where...? [She mutters to herself as she wanders along, looking suspicious and concerned in equal measure because the further she goes, the more questions she has] The Camera Obscura isn't here either. [So she's in a really weird place with no weapon-- granted, said weapon was only good against dead people, but still.
Everything's quiet again until she finds the huge observation windows, where she drops her device in shock.] What--!? [Oh look, actual emotion!
She inches forward and knocks experimentally on the glass and then jumps back as it becomes clear it's not just a painting or something. Yuri whirls around and grabs the device from where it's fallen, trying to keep herself together despite the rising urge to freak the fuck out]
Where am I? [She speaks into the device this time, trying to keep the panic out of her voice] I can't really be expected to believe I was kidnapped by-- by aliens, can I? Where is Hisoka, and Miu-san and the others?

Propaganda films, really.] They're not really real, but they make something good to watch when you've got downtime.[That's a tricky question, and Finn hesitates.]
Lately? D'Qar. Which I'm guessing you've never heard of.
video
I haven't heard of it, no. Is it nice? [She shakes her head a little, still a little disbelieving she's having a conversation like this.] I'm from, uh, Earth, myself. I don't know if you've heard of that one either...
This is all really strange. I didn't even know other planets existed where people could live on them.
video
[He nods. A lot of people from Earth hadn't been to other planets before.] There's a lot out there. Sometimes they're not human people--a lot of times, really. But they're still people. And this moon, it didn't used to be habitable, but they used a process called terraforming to make it okay. Except it didn't work that well, and there's a lot of toxins now. So you have to wear a gas mask when you go outside and you shouldn't touch the water.
video
Is not treating them like people a problem? [Meaning, is it a common problem people from the ships/Earth seem to have. Since Yuri's dealt with rather hideous creatures that at least used to be human, she won't lie and say her immediate reaction upon meeting someone or something utterly "alien" will be perfect, but...
Well. It'd be rather impolite to treat anything that could actually communicate with her less than... er, politely.
She considers the rest of his words too and her heart aches a little for the people.] Isn't there anything we can do...?
video
I guess some of the engineers are working with their terraformation machines? But I don't know how they work, so there's not much I can do about it.
video
My name's Yuri, by the way. Thank you for helping me. [There's a hint of a smile as she dips her head in a polite little bow]
video
And I'm on the Caprine, once you get assigned to a ship.
