Hey! Soooooo since we're all stuck here, and going outside on this planet kinda sucks bigtime right now, I've been making it a project of mine to try and learn as much as I can about the different cultures of the other worlds people here are from! Particularly Earth, because there's so many of you! Someone told me the collective noun is "Earthlings"? Anyway.

I've been trawling through the media library, but to be honest, I'm not very good at sitting and reading for long periods of time. So I figured, why not just ask you guys instead?

Tell me one (or more!) thing about your home world that you think is culturally significant. It can be traditional, religious, social, or pop culture is fair game too! After all, it's no fun when people are making pop culture references that fly over my head.

The only rule is that you can't say the same thing as someone else. You ready? Go!

[He sighed softly, as he rubbed one hand over his face. Well, that explained that.]

So you are having a discussion about our forced marriage, with me, without Sansa's permission?

[He gives her one raised eyebrow.]

Have you told anyone else?

What? No! Of course not. Who would I even tell? It's not like it's anyone else's business.

[Ahsoka, it isn't even your business.]

[He hummed under his breath, rubbing one finger along his chin.]

All right, so. We are the only ... four to five people that know?

Right. I guess so!

Anyway, I promise I won't breathe a word of this if you don't. Sacred pact.

Yes, I suppose I can keep this secret between the three of us.

[Bitter? Heavens no.]

Oh. No, I meant more-- [she gestures vaguely.] This conversation.

[One corner of his mouth twists, and he nods.] Yes, I can keep this to myself.

[A sigh of relief.]

Phew. Thanks. Seriously. You're saving my bacon here.

[He waved his hand.]

I have kept this secret for Sansa - I can keep the secret that you knew the secret and shouldn't have told anyone.

[Ahsoka hangs her head a little bit shamefully, and the stripes on her horns seem to darken a little with embarrassment.]

It was an honest mistake. [His tone is a little wry.] Clearly you thought you needed to vet me as a possible predatory monster. clearly you can't hold a secret then.

[A little indignant, a little petulant:] I can so keep a secret!

[She kept Anakin's for-- Force only knows how long.]

I just-- I forgot that you were included in the list of people I wasn't supposed to tell. I mean. It's not like you don't already know about it...

[... Now just wait a moment.]

What list of people who aren't supposed to know?

[Now he is going to just be rubbing his temples.]

So it is now entirely possible that many people know, but don't say anything to anyone else, because there is a list of people who should not know, which is everyone.

[Which is clearly Not The Case.]

... I think you're making this out to be a little more complex than it actually is...

Perhaps I am. [He looks at her, his eyes glinting anger.] It just occurred to me that I am such an embarrassment that I do not even warrant a warning when a secret is voiced - one that I signed a damned treaty on.

What? That's just stupid! Why would I think to warn you when you already know about it?
