Who: Loki
Broadcast: Fleetwide
Action: On the moon initially, but he'll be back to the Paisley soon, and probably on the Iskaulit
When: June 5 (ends June 12)
Video
[Video starts with... that sure is Loki. But there's something subtly weird about his expression. There's nothing guarded or calculated about it, a slight relaxation of ever-present tension that was never apparent before, perhaps. The best poker face in all Nine Realms is nowhere to be seen. If anything, he looks upset. Confused, worried, a bit scared. And he's out in the forest on the toxic moon, which is just great, let him tell you. No mask, but he's never needed one before, not that he's aware of that, or of the fact that most people have to wear them.]
Hello? Yes, this seems to be working. What a curious device. [Anyway. The point.]
I seem to be lost. Very lost. Where is this?
[A view of the forest, brief but steady.]
And--[Careful breath.]--who am I?
Action
[Lucky Loki, his augment has glitched and while he remembers how to do things--and the occasional esoteric fact--he has no idea who he is. Good news--or bad news depending on your opinion of his usual space asshole personality--he'll get over it in about a week.
Even if no one comes find him, he'll make his way back to civilization eventually and be very confused about life and where he's even supposed to be. Good thing he's practically indestructible. But eventually, he will be around on the Paisley, and on the Iskaulit, poking about.]

Why do you think so?
[He offers a wry smile in return.] I think I shall ask questions until my tongue falls out.
no subject
[a bit dryly] You let me watch you run the obstacle course.
And that's - normal. You're going to be doing that until - I suppose your memories come back.
no subject
[He eyes the obstacle course speculatively. He doesn't know what he can do, but he also doesn't know what he can't do. So this is an interesting piece of information.] Like you did?
[The memories will come back. It'll be nice to know things, though he still wants to know them all now.] Can you tell me of myself?
no subject
More or less? We have different . . . strategies for getting through it. But that goes without saying, since you aren't a big blue guy like me.
[aha. He hesitates] I can tell you what I know?
no subject
[He considers this. Yes, even blue, he's not quite like Hank. Definitely not furry.] I suppose that makes sense. I am a... moderately tall blue guy?
Please do.

[that does get him to crack a genuine smile] You are. There aren't all that many of us around.
[man, though, how did he get into this] I can only go off my experiences with you, but you are . . . mm, you speak of things in a way to garner a reaction. You are understandably wary of this place, but that's how most people are, I think. You've told me that I shouldn't be speaking to you, but you've also been kind enough to me that I don't see why I should stop.
[a shrug] That obstacle course is your creation, too. But other than that - we've only spoken a handful of times, so I don't know you very well.

[He likes that smile. It makes him feel as if they're part of something secret and special, and he finds he likes the idea.
Definitely won't be awkward later.]So I am kind, and... tricky? [Does that seem like a good word?]
[He looks over at the course again, curious.] I shall have to look it over, then...

[
it's going to be so awkward later, you have no idea]That's . . . yeah, more or less. One of your nicknames from the stories is The Trickster. But - I don't know how accurate it is.
You should, it's - mm, engaging. I prefer it to the gym.
no subject
[
You have to find him first in order for it to be awkward, Hank.]I have a nickname. [Huh.] I don't know if I really feel as if I'm someone who ought to be called that. But perhaps I have forgotten all of my tricks, and it will come back to me later.
Why? [Why has rapidly become his favorite question.]
no subject
[
watch them run into each other by accident, as per usual]It's entirely possible. It may make more sense once your memories return.
Ah - [you're like a five year old] It - fits my style of fighting better.
no subject
Many things will, likely. It is very frustrating.
[Why is just the best all purpose question, okay. Everything else fits nicely inside it.] Hm. Does that mean we have similar styles, if this is my place, and thus I probably made it to suit myself?
[Frown. Logic not quite complete.] Unless, I suppose, I made it to suit you?
no subject
I'm . . . not entirely sure, to be honest. You're able to move the course around to better suit, which is what I tend to do when I use it.
[he blinks, then shakes his head] You made it before I arrived.
no subject
[Oh well, so much for that idea.] So by luck I made something that you could use as well. That is good, then. [He gives the course a curious look. Maybe he should try this out and see if his body remembers this like walking.]

[And if he can do something on instinct, what might it tell him about himself? That's an interesting question. He heads toward the bit of the course he found most interesting, which is actually in the middle.]
no subject
[in his own amnesia experience, the loss of memories comes with the loss of skills, so he isn't sure if that's the case here, especially since Loki's already demonstrated some of his magic. But hey - better safe than sorry]

[Curious, he jumps up onto one of the platforms set in the middle of the course. It tilts on a hidden pivot and promptly dump him off onto the hard floor.
There is a pause as he wheezes for breath, and then he starts laughing.]
