I will holding training sessions for those who want to learn to defend themselves or fight, and those that want sparring practice or to learn new forms of combat. This is limited to hand to hand and melee weapon use due to our surroundings.

Training will be held daily between 9am and 5pm, located at the gym on the Iskaulit although for those who are more confident in their abilities it can be moved to the obstacle course. First come first serve for those wanting tuition.

Wear appropriate clothing and bring whatever liquids or food you require for the session.

I don't suppose you know anything about swordfighting?

I do. What type are you looking for, a particular style such as fencing, or something more practical?

I started to learn duelling, but I didn't have much chance to get very good at it. I'd like to learn something a little more practical, though, or at least keep my skill up.

In that case, yes, I can offer you help with that. As I posted, you are welcome to meet me on the Iskaulit during those times and we can work out a schedule which will allow for on going practice.

I have the ability to change form, including into animals, so I have several preferred choices of birds to use on the occasions I need to fly.

Is your world one which magic is more prevalent, or believed to be superstitious?

It's generally believed to be a superstition, or a myth. The magical world, with witches and wizards, is kept completely separate from the non-magical world, unless someone in your immediate family has magic.

I see. I ask due to the amount of different worlds we seem to have interacting here, it's interesting to learn what is seen as the norm there and what is not. And what may be useful to us while we are kept here.

It's a bit of a mess, isn't it? I like learning about other worlds, and it's fascinating to see if it's magic or technology that's dominant, or something else entirely. I'd like to be able to teach others, too, if I can, but I'm not sure how possible that is.
