Your regularly scheduled creepy visitor
Who: Cole and anyone who needs him... or wants to chat to him
Broadcast: No
Action: On any ship except Marsiva, Tourist or Red Fish because he avoids visiting two and can't visit the third.
When: While the fleet is moving and probably a bit after
[There is this thing Cole does.
He visits other ships. Sometimes he put the Pathstone alongside to visit and sometimes he takes a shuttle, but he's constantly wandering all over the fleet, being with people, circulating.
He hasn't done it in a while. He got a nasty fright and went into hiding for a while.
But the creepy psychic being is back! Sticking his large nose into all the business.]

Tell me about the Wynne you knew? I don't want to be angry with her.

Wynne... has lead a full life. One with few regrets. She was never meant to die in bed, old and miserable. It's not what she wanted, anyway. In some ways, she was a model mage. Devout, responsible, and cautious. She understood the dangers of magic, and never held it against anyone for being wary of it. On the other hand, I think she has a wanderlust that must have made her life in the Circle more difficult.

Her Circle let her wander, go out researching, into the world.
It wasn't like the White Spire. The White Spire was tangled on itself, with all the masks and games of Val Royeaux.
What did she like?

[She hums in consideration.]
Telling stories, too. Both personal and historical, and even legends. She has a lot of knowledge, and she likes to share it.

The Bright Axe wasn't an axe, though. It was a staff. Dorian loved it, though.

Cole's mother was descended from Avvar. But neither of us knew much about it. I know some about them, because they like us. They understand us much better.

[Her knowledge of the Avvar is, as demonstrated, very limited given how far north of them she lives.]

[He knows it probably doesn't make sense to Riona, but he doesn't know how else to explain.]

Because it's not permanent. They don't live together. Spirits... don't understand this world. A host makes it easier. Being welcomed in, it's gentler. The spirit stays true to itself, because the host doesn't try and force anything onto them.

Sorry, I dropped the ball.
I don't really know. But I guess they must.
