I have heard it is never wise to bet against an Antivan in anything. It is almost comforting to know that is true.

[The only Antivan he's met is Zevran, and that didn't exactly go well. ]

Odd, to think that I would miss them. We were barely in Skyhold for too long before I arrived here, but I suppose I had grown used to them. Even the spymaster's noisy crows, I miss.

[Dorian was used to being surrounded by people, but alone. Even his father, though not a cruel man or neglectful, was often busy, or away on Magitserium matters. His mother barely spoke to him, and would rather have kept to her wing of the manor.

Dorian, growing up, had classmates, nannies, and Berille. In the Inquisition, he had more companionship than he'd known.]

Truly, proper grooming is a lost art in the South, from what I've seen. They wear masks in Orlais for a reason, I'm certain of it.

She is...a curious girl. Distrustful of mages in general, an elf, raised by humans. As such, she and I agree on the state of some things. In others, well, she is brash and coarse and doesn't appreciate things like proper grooming.

She and I got along splendidly.
