and hey, he's been changing his style! not...a whole lot because he keeps picking up more and more projects and he's running out of time to make stuff for himself (and even running out of fabrics - so many of his projects seem to involve sewing these days his hands are starting to get seriously calloused). but he's mostly retired his cardigans.

Thanks. They weren't totally my idea, but I really like them.

My uniform was blue too. It was a body suit with a sweetheart neckline and low back. Then I had separate unattached long gloves for my arms and a grey pocketed belt with the X on it. There were a couple of red accents.

It's gonna be tricky to fix here though, cuz I'm running low on durable materials so, you know, don't wreak it.

Yeah, sure. I'm in. [She looks at Winn.] You'll be okay? [She means to stay here, not to fly. She really doesn't think he'd be okay for that.]

[ he looks to the right and to the left - the remote clearing they chose is peaceful, and the radiation readings seem to hold steady and safe - and then back at kitty. ]

Well, mom, it's my first ever time alone, but I promise I'll be extra special good, pinky swear.

[ he holds up his pinky to her, his tone more amused than anything. how much trouble can he get into here? don't answer that ]

No blowing up the house. [ and not just because there's no house. yeah, he's a little jealous of their free and fearless spirits that allow them to take off like that - but he's definitely not about to hold them back. he's got snacks, and one of his research notebooks he always keeps around in case he ends up with a second to kill or a great idea to jot down. he'll be fine. ]

Oh... Let's go piggy back. [It's pretty much awkward any way and she did way too much princess style back in the day.]

he takes out his phone to grab a picture of them. what - they're about to possibly fly on live television, is a still really that big of a breach of security anymore? and he'll cheer when they'll take off. he's always excited to see kara in action, but after all this time?

it actually brings tears of joy to his eyes. ]

[ okay fine kitty let's go flying! how exciting! wow!!! it's not too awkward with the piggy back thing probably but there's no really comfortable way to carry people around flying ]

[It does make her feel like she's riding Kara which is super weird, but less vulnerable feeling? She looks back to give Winn a little wave and then just shakes her head at him when she sees he's about to take a picture. She just assumes the position with Kara.]
