[At long last, the fleet has arrived to a new planet. This means it's time for a mingle guys! Get in! ]

[ Raven jumps and her first instinct is to turn around and prepare herself for some kind of confrontation, moving back through the water and gritting her teeth, hands clenched. The only thing that stops her is the slow recognition that she knows the voice, and she huffs a noise of irritation before she moves back, sinking low into the hot spring again.

The innocent pain in her backside. Again. ]

Sascha. [ Raven sighs, trying to relax into the warmth of the water again even as she shakes her head, watching him with an idly frustrated expression that doesn't really make it's way to her eyes. The fact is that she's awkwardly fond of him, even if he has been a slight irritation - mostly because he woke her up and she's not sure she's forgiven him yet. ]

It's not science.

[pneumo]

It's not?? But that's how Hank said he turned blue... [ How could you stay mad at this face, Raven? Look at him, respecting personal space this time and everything! He's still by his rock. ]

[athru]

I was born like this. Hank... It's his story, not mine.

[ She's not going to talk about blood or anything if she can avoid it. ]

[pneumo]

It's okay, he told me he changed his pants and did science to himself. [ As in, he altered his genes with science but unfortunately the concept of genes vs "jeans" is not yet popular in Sascha's world. They're a bit behind. ]

[athru]

It's a little bit more complicated than that. [ 'Changed his pants' - Raven wants to laugh, but she doesn't. What she does instead is shake her head, making herself a little more comfortable before she settled down, breathing out a soft noise. ]

[pneumo]

I'm not really good at science stuff. [ But Winn is trying to teach him, at least! It's just a slow process. The industrial revolution only just happened where he's from. ]

[athru]

Neither am I. Hank tends to do it all for me. He did try to explain once but I was more interested in other things. [ She shrugs a shoulder. ] He's the genius.

[pneumo]

Like Winn? [ Because to him Winn is incredibly smart.

And you know, since she's not telling him to beat it right away he'll come out from behind his rock and take up a seat a few feet away, legs crossed. ]

[athru]

Smarter than Winn. [ Not that she really has the best idea of who Winn is, but as far as she's concerned there's no one smarter than Hank.

But at least Sascha isn't waking her up or smelling her, so she gives him his freedom. ]

[pneumo]

Whoa.... [ That's smart. Colour Sascha incredibly impressed, and he looks it too. ]

[athru]

Yeah. Woah. [ Raven huffs a noise, shaking her head. ] He'd never tell you, though. He's too modest.

[pneumo]

He's super-sweet♥ He let me touch his beard and everything. [ What he means is Hank let him touch his furry sideburns, and apparently this is the only prerequisite needed for being classified as "sweet" when it comes to Sascha. ]

[athru]

His beard, huh. [ Raven gets to touch other places, but she's not exactly going to mention that aloud. Instead, she droops back into the water a little, making a soft noise. ] He is very sweet, isn't he.

[pneumo]

He is~ And he smells really healthy too. [ Just like Raven actually, but he won't say that now since she looked at him funny for it before. He will behave look at him behaving!! ]

[athru]

It's still so... Interesting that you guys can do that. [ Smell people, that is. Not something her mutation lets her do. ]

[pneumo]

Really?? It's not that weird... [ It's normal for vampires. More than that, he thinks it's neat she can be awake during the day. ]

[athru]

I haven't met a lot of people with that kind of sense of smell. Just Hank.

[pneumo]

Have you met Bigby?? His is even better~!

[athru]

I still prefer Hank. [ Sorry, Sascha. ]

[pneumo]

Because he's blue?
