[Dany hasn't been immune to the gift giving tree either. There was a level of contained joy that she felt, being in possession of a reasonably sized dragon egg. It rested in one of her arms, cradled against her as she addressed the network at large.]

It seems that this world holds magic enough to be willing to gift many with things they desire - seemingly animals if others results are taken into account. I have been gifted with one of my children - my dragons were mentioned by Lord Tyrion's informative history lesson of the Great Houses of Westeros and my House's heraldry happens to be a three headed dragon. Back home I possessed three individual dragons and the tree has seen fit to gift me with one of them as a kindness, it seems. That aside, it stands to reason that other parts of this planet hold similar properties but, at present, I am purely speculating. Should anyone have found any evidence of such, I'd like to hear it.

[She won't get greedy and ask for all three of her dragons but so far the egg in her arms looks quite similar to Drogon's. She's not so sure just yet if that is the case but it would be nice to see him again - whatever shape he came in.]

Planetside

[Dany can be found out and about, her dragon's egg tucked safely inside a satchel away from harm or prying eyes. She was stopping to purchase various wares - supplies to make clothes and such with Qing, food for herself and her soon-to-be-born dragon, and toys for the local children.

Eventually, if one doesn't catch her there, she can be found relaxing in the hot springs, Drogon floating in the water beside her. If one accidentally walked in on her bath they could catch her there as well, or perhaps join her. The scalding water was perfect and enough to sap any stress away from the most weary of travelers.]

S.S. Caprine

[Dany can be found on the Bridge, reclining in the Captain's Chair with Drogon resting in her lap. The egg glittered in the light, black as the midnight sea with scarlet flecks that reflected off the surface. It was warm to the touch and seemed to practically vibrate with life. He would be born into the world anew, though not nearly as fierce was Daenerys' hope. Drogon was comparatively as menacing as Balerion the Black Dread but as a small thing he wouldn't be nearly as destructive.

If anyone aboard the ship might stop to report to her or to see her for personal matters they would have a glimpse of the egg. To Dany he was perfect and she was completely enamored with her unborn child, waiting for his arrival with a contained excitement.]

I am back home, yes, but here just 'Captain' will do just fine. I lead the S.S. Caprine in the fleet.

[Though she's far from alone. Qing helps put out a lot of metaphorical and literal fires for her.]

A photograph... I would have liked that as much as the gift I was given.

[She would have liked a photograph of her family, though she'd only ever known Viserys.]

Drogon is... well, he can be very abrasive. [That's sugar coating it, Dany.]

Caprine. That was Kurt's ship before he transferred to mine. [Though she knows he kept a low profile there. As low as a fuzzy blue man with a tail and glowing eyes can keep which is pretty low in his case with the shadow blending.]

I want to be surprised by that because, come on, dragon. But... I would definitely choose the photo. [It means a lot to her. She hopes she doesn't get pulled away from this place and lose it.]

Abrasive coming from a dragon that sounds like it could be dangerous. [Curious. Maybe a little concerned.]

I don't believe I've met him. He might have transferred before I came to the fleet or became Captain.

[She remembers a few people when she arrived - Mal and JoJo, the latter whom she missed at times when she felt overwhelmed. He seemed so at ease in the captain's chair.]

I don't foresee him growing very large in such confined quarters so it may be an unnecessary worry. Dragons by nature grow with their surroundings.

He might have kept to himself too. This place is a big change from home. [One she had a quicker time adapting to since she'd already been in a place like it between home and here.]

Like a goldfish? I didn't realize that about dragons. Then again, my experience with real, living dragons isn't exactly massive. [There was some from the prison, but they were inmates too. One was a god who was typically in human form. Not exactly the stories she'd grown up with let alone the egg she has.]

I see. I am sorry I missed the chance to know him, then.

[Which honestly wasn't a huge deal. People came and went at times. She was certainly used to it with the Caprine.]

My own experience was limited to stories, and then having the real example. They were thought long dead for hundreds of years before mine were brought into the world.

He's still in the fleet. I just got him to transfer to my ship, the Windrose. He's the only person from home here. [And she wanted him close. She's glad he seemed to want the same thing.]

Really? Those eggs must be pretty unique. Then again, I guess I'd expect dragons and their eggs to be as unique as they come.

Oh, I see. I don't have anyone like that aboard the Caprine, but Lord Tyrion, Lady Margaery Tyrell, and the Starks of the Blue Fish all come from my home.

[It was why she was glad to have Drogon at her side now. For once she would have an ally. She would have someone close that she knew well, not that Tyrion was neither of those things. She'd only come to know him because of the fleet.]

I'm sure it might vary depending upon the place they come from.

[At this point none of those names surprise her. She's connected the dots on those people. Theon too.]

I've got several people who look like people from home and have the same names and usually the same powers but aren't really from the same world. Things like to get complicated in these places. Probably true of dragons too.

That sounds as if it would be confusing.

[Would she ever run into someone who looked like people she knew, acted like people she knew, and weren't the same? That would be strange.]

It probably is true. I know dragons are not always the most trusted creatures - Some of those from Thedas, here in the fleet, have expressed some concern - but then I'm used to people mistrusting my dragons. They're dragons, after all.

[They come with the territory of being incredibly terrifying, but to her they were her children. They were the only family she had left.]

They're myths where I'm from. Stories. If they started as more there's no real proof. We did have dinosaurs, but they died out before people came around and weren't exactly the same. [Though another version of Kitty Pryde had a purple, alien dragon pal, but she's not aware of that.]

I do have some experience with being mistrusted though. [There's a small smile.]

And so they were in my home, before my dragons came to be. I can't imagine the stories all differ terribly much. I only hope that does not mean Drogon is in a dangerous place.

[The last thing she needs is someone trying to kill him.]

People mistrust what they presume to fear, I've come to find. Fear gives those who weird it power.

[And she's learned to use the fear her enemies have over her dragons to her advantage.]

They do, but I would think people here are more understanding and accepting. [She doesn't know there have been some problems in the past on this very topic.] They have been about me at least. [Which was hard to adjust to in the prison but almost expected when she got here.]

People are different - a dragon, however... I imagine it will take my crew time. When he hatches I don't know how they will feel.

Maybe. [There's a pause.] Would they have anything to be worried about?

I-I don't know that they would or wouldn't. He'd be untrained.. a child. But he still breathes fire so there can be danger in that.

[They do have curtains and things... lots of easily flammable objects.]

But he is like - he is a child to me. Whatever he does, falls back onto my shoulders. He is my responsiblity.

Can he be trained not to set the ship on fire? Because I can see where that would warrant some concern. [But she also knows how hard it is to control your powers as a mutant when you first come into them. She is driven more by compassion than fear.]

I haven't... tried it yet.

[Hesitant because yes, that is a huge concern.]

Or thought that far ahead, honestly.]

Well, it'll probably be worth a try if it comes around. I understand not thinking that far ahead though. Only leads to disappointment in places like this. [or basically any segment of life she's lived.]
