Who: Renart
Broadcast: Text fleetwide
Action: Planetside
When: Post-shuffle
[Text]
[Renart does not want to be here. Sure, being out in space has to be a step up from that post-apocalyptic wasteland. Space is one of the few places she's never actually been to before, and since she's always wanted to she should be thrilled.
But there are important people back in that stupid wasteland. Ones that are liable to get into dangerous, possibly deadly situations without her there to keep them safe. She's hoping they've been pulled here too. Finding out is her main priority as she fiddles with her communicator, eventually figuring out how to send a quick message to the network at large.]
Since I happen to be completely mundane
Absolutely unremarkable
And entirely forgettable
Why don't you tell me about yourselves?
Where are you from? What is your home like?
I'll let you know when you can stop talking ฅ(^・ω・^ฅ)
[At the very least, maybe she can hunt down a few of them. Or people who know them.]
Oh, and does there happen to be a curated list of every individual who has been pulled here?
[Action]
[After she's demolished those pudding deserts and figured out how to get down to the actual planet she'll be doing just that in hopes of finding someone familiar. Thankfully no one seems to care too much about her ears and tail which means she doesn't bother hiding them - though, having to contend with such an affectionate civilization quickly wears thin and after several hours of searching she takes a break, making her way to the edge of the forests. For an animal Fairy Tale such as herself it's more relaxing, even if she doubts she's likely to find anyone important away from the hustle and bustle of the markets. Sadly, the friends she has in mind don't entirely share her preference for nature. They're all human, or were human, or are human-y. Not animals, basically.
Still, it doesn't mean she can't enjoy herself for a little while before she resumes searching. She'll keep her messenger bag (and her Story) close as she wanders through the trees, ears twitching in response to every subtle noise in the vicinity.]

Do you have any idea where people get dumped specifically?
Is it home, or where they were before being here?
no subject
most people think its one of those options though cause the alternative is they stash us somewhere
probably the marsiva
and they might not even have that much control over who comes and goes
no subject
They can do whatever they like to the rest of you, but I have an end-of-all-worlds apocalyptic wasteland I'd like to get back to
no subject
good to know the trend of where they get most of us continues
youre not from the one where people play games to get back pieces of their soul or whatever are you
or asgard i guess
or
i dunno we have too many shitzones in representation
multiversal and standard
no subject
We didn't play any games for our souls, though, we were mostly....
Rebuilding, I guess
Trying to rebuild existence?
And figure out what happened in the first place
Isn't Asgard supposedly home to the Nordic gods?
no subject
there was a war between them and the giants to preserve existence as we know it
or something equally dramatic it always sounds fucking dumb when i try to explain it
like the plot of a shitty action flick from the 90s
definitely not as extreme as what youre talking about though
no subject
Did you happen to fail?
Perhaps your group failed, and my group was left with the aftermath (^・x・^)
Did you happen to meet any incompetent bird-insect-people who could alter reality by believing really hard
no subject
and also some tentacles
the only one ive ever met altered reality just by murdering everything in sight so
gonna say no on that front
as for the war we technically won but who knows how long that stuck
i guess it doesnt really matter when our pull points make for one fucked up scatter plot of a timeline
no subject
Really? That was the case in that wasteland
We all seemed to be different times as well as different worlds
I'm guessing that is the case here, too
It's a running theme
no subject
but yeah its a hell of an ongoing theme
different realities
different times
different timelines completely in some cases
its pretty fucking dumb to be honest its like they were too cheap to shell out for new toys so they nabbed us from the goodwill box instead
im ready to file for retirement
no subject
Or could at least try harder when ruining the lives of dozens of strangers
I can get behind that mentality
Oh, if they aren't letting me retire in my old age I don't see why they would let anyone else do so
no subject
no subject
I didn't keep count at first so I don't know the exact number
no subject
do you actually look old as balls or are you one of those immortal elfy types
or a ghost maybe i guess ghosts dont age
no subject
Or the age in which they had the strongest happy memories
I look like a fox, anyway
Not an old one, just an adult one
No pointy elf ears, mine are much nicer
no subject
cool
i look like a bird so i guess its official atroma is running a veritable menagerie here
no subject
What kind of bird?
no subject
thats the scientific name for crows where im from
no subject
Well, I respect them
They're very clever animals
no subject
so im down with that even if im pretty sure the crow im made of was kind of a birdbrain
no subject
But I think I can make an exception for crows
Chicken tastes much better, anyway, and is easier to come by
no subject
dunno about actual chickens though
space chickens?
i cant tell what im eating half the time so there was probably a space chicken in there somewhere
no subject
Paste anything is not appealing
no subject
like im willing to at least contemplate eating anything
i thought about eating bugs a lot when we took a moon pitstop
my friend had to run interference
but even im offended by paste
some foods are just not meant to have the approximate consistency of chunky jello
its like you vomited up your lunch and now youre supposed to scarf it back down
no subject
There is nothing wrong with eating bugs
Is that our only option on the ships?
I know the planet has animals that can be hunted
What is there in the way of meat storage?
