[ when she isn't indulging in her very self-centered sort of misery, sansa is aboard the blue fish. she has finally decided to make a brave attempt to decorate the door to her room, and so far has only managed to paint the bone-white bark of what will eventually be a tree.

and then -- well after the hour when she ought to have been in bed -- sansa does something unanticipated. unexpected. she takes a shuttle all by herself! and she lets it pilot her back to the iskaulit, where she walks the halls with slow and careful purpose until she arrives at the garden. she makes a seat for herself far from the door, and she breathes in the smell of soil and plant-life. already, and despite its bewitching magicks, she misses the well-wooded planet so recently departed. ]

first officer on the windrose and i'm half the security team before here i was the lieutenant of wrath platoon ghost wolf mobile infantry division we were the tank killers

yes ghost wolf division is a mobile infantry division before it was on zeus it was a division of the colonial marine corps run most recently by colonel antonin ravani we are first in last out no fear we go where angels fear to tread

But why wolves?

oh so like there's this whole story about the first general ravani being on a combat drop mission and being the only survivor of his whole platoon and then like he saw a ghost wolf that helped him out so he lived until evac and he started the division

i guess if you believe in that kind of thing he was probably hallucinating but it's a good story

And sometimes the story is more important than the truth.

yeah i guess so it's good to know both right but it was great to be part of a division with such a long history
