[Welcome back to the Blue Fish! Now that the fleet is on the move again, it's crew of the Blue Fish have plenty of time to interact! The freezers are full of meat (mostly dinosaur), there's a new personnel officer, a popcorn machine in the kitchen and they have several more pets aboard! Their spymaster Leliana has decided to take a long nap, and Beverly....where is Beverly anyway? Huh. And what's this about being bugged? ]

[A couple days into their journey, Allen can seem to be wandering the halls, looking for something or someone. He's got Beverly's tricorder in hand, and seems to be a bit concerned. When he comes across someone, he'll ask:]

Hey, have you seen Beverly?

[Riona looks up from her sandwich which is dinosaur meat - surprise! - and some kind of vegetable shoved in there.]

No, I haven't. And honestly, I'm getting worried. It's not like her to do this.

[Allen frowns, his expression one of deepening concern]

No, it's not. She hasn't shown up to the clinic in a couple days- even when Daneel was here she wouldn't do that.

[She sets down her food, her appetite a bit diminished for the time being.]

If we were still on the ground, I'd say she was elsewhere, but now that we're back in space... there are only so many places she can be. Surely someone has seen her?

That's what I keep hoping...but this ship is only so big.

I know she's still on the ship's list, at least.

If she were on this ship, we'd have found her by now. Perhaps she's on the Iskaulit for some reason?

[What would draw her there, Riona doesn't know, but that ship is much larger and easier to get lost in. She can't think of any other explanation, save for Beverly suddenly bunking on another ship for some indiscernible reason. Even then, she'd have told them.]

Maybe. But all the shuttles are accounted for, and our transporter hasn't worked since Katara and Toph left.

[So sure, he'll probably check the Iskaulit later but...how could she even get off-ship? ]

Hmm. Unless someone picked her up? [Which leads to a horrifying thought:] Maker, do you think someone has kidnapped her?

[Sokka's tinkering around with the systems, as he's won't to do while they're stuck in space and with little else to occupy him. Hawky perches on top of one of the vents, eyeing Allen up as he comes over. That though...that's a worrying thought.]

I haven't.

[He sets his tools down, frowning. ]

That's...not like her. You think she's staying on another ship and just forgot to let us know?

[Sokka can be found in the kitchen, trying to fix the mess that certain someones did to their food paste machines. Sure, the Blue Fish rarely resort to using them, but having the damn thing spraying food everywhere in a spaceship just isn't what he'd call ideal.

Of course, thanks to it being a magical mishap, he's struggling to find what actually happened to it at all. He's muttering angrily under his breath, parts of the paste machine (and, indeed, paste itself) strewn all around him like a centralised debris field. Sokka rubs the back of his head, smearing chicken paste into his hair in the process, scowling at this errant machine.]

Oh come on, what's wrong with you?

[...Yeah. His face seems to get even paler at that thought.]

I...I don't know-

I'll go check the logs. It'd tell us if a shuttle came by.

I don't know- maybe? But who would she be staying with? Daneel left awhile ago.

Hmmm. Kirk maybe? They're from the same world, right? Different times, but still.

Maybe.... I can try asking him.

Worth a shot. If not...I don't know. We can ask the fleet as a whole. See if anyone's seen her.

I mean, we're travelling now. It's not like she can go that far.

[Worry is starting to seep into his tone. Maybe she left? Or something worse? ]

[Riona's already getting up.]

I'll go with you. I want to see for myself. If the logs say nothing then... I don't know.

[But she can't just sit here, not with that idea in her head now.]

Okay.

[He gives a nod and waits for her to get up before heading out of the kitchen, intent on heading for the bridge]

I know, and all the shuttles are accounted for too.

I don't like this.

But she's still on the roster, so it's not like she's gone home. And she wasn't left on the planet, I checked everyone was board before we left.

[Like he ALWAYS does. He knows Atroma will beam people back, but he's not about to willingly leave anyone behind- as much as that is out of his power when the Marsiva starts moving.]

It's not normal and I really don't like what it can mean.

[She follows him out of the kitchen and to the bridge, brow furrowed as they reached the consoles. Having never had a reason to check the log, she steps back and lets him do it.]

Me neither.

[People just disappearing? It puts a bad feeling in his stomach. It never turns out well.]

Do you specifically remember the last time you saw her?

[Allen keeps walking at a quick pace until he reaches the bridge, where he'll take a seat the nearest console. Logging into the system, he starts to examine it very quickly]

...Nothing. No shuttles have been by.

I was coming over to ask you the same thing.

[Jennifer bit her lip, taking a deep breath. Between having custody of Naga and Beverly going missing... this was going to be an interesting month, to say the least.]

[Especially people vanishing and still being on the crew. That's...new. And not comfortable. ]

I checked on her just before we left to make sure she was on board. I think I saw her in the hallway a couple hours later, but that's it.

Definitely searching the Iskaukit. It's a long shot at this rate, but it's worth a try. Maybe they transported her there for some reason.

[Really she's just guessing wildly and she knows it. But what else can she do?]
