[ The video feed shakes, the audio cracking as the communicator is moved around. The broadcasting image so far is the floor, covered in multicolored confetti, and a pair of black and grey running sneakers in view. The left foot taps impatiently before the video swings again to the bridge of the Bloodsport. ]

[ There is a sigh before heavily accented voice accompanies the shoddy cameraman-ship. ] If this is someone's idea of a prank, it lacks humor.

[ The communicator finally turns around, and Pietro is very firmly not happy with this situation. ]

I have complaints.

[ Pietro can be found in various places throughout the Bloodsport. In the kitchen, trying to figure out what the deal with protein paste is. The bridge offers a bit of a distraction with the endless sea of stars or the array of broadcast settings, and how can he resist settling into the bunks? It's been a very long time since he's had his own room. ]

[ How long has Wanda been alone? How long have they been apart? Is she terribly mad at him for not being here sooner? ] How long has she been here?

I couldn't say. I've only been here for the last few months. But . . . I think it's clear to anyone that she has missed you.

[ As far as he's aware, they're all going to beat Ultron and save Sokovia. If only that were the case. ]

It is quite different when we are apart.

[ Since gaining their abilities, their connection's only got stronger. It's terribly isolating in his head without Wanda's presence. ]

I am aware. She showed me.

[ But Charles will keep quiet on the rest. He hopes the others will do the same until Wanda hears about this. ]

[ He comes to the conclusion that their abilities are similar, especially since he said he was her teacher. Pietro questions his abilities. It makes him a bit nervous. Wanda is one of the most powerful people he knows. He can see the potential.

If she trusts this man-- Charles-- then he will accept his tutelage of her. ]

[ Too much? Should he lock this? For now he'll keep going. ]

I am a telepath. Much like your sister, but with a few added abilities in the mental field.

What sort of added abilities?

[ Can he do all of the things Wanda can and then some? Where is the line in the sand? ]

My telepathic range is greater. And I have a lot more finesse and ability in using my telepathic powers.

Then it is good that she is studying with you. My sister is very powerful, but our abilities are still rather new.

[ Unexplored for potential, mostly discovered along the way. ]

I had noticed that. But I'm sure she'll master better control of them soon.

[ He believes in Wanda a lot more than he believes in himself. Which is okay in his book, so long as he can provide for her.

It seems as though she's been doing just fine without big brother, though.. ]

You could probably use some training as well.

It's certainly possible. If there's more to what I can do, I haven't found it.

[ He hedges, careful. ]

Can you tell me how she's been since you've gotten here?

[ He'd like to have some sort of idea for when he does see her. ]

[ He hesitates. ]

She's working through some events. Her powers have grown somewhat as well. She doesn't seem unhappy but I think she could use more company.

[ It's an odd feeling, not being able to know what she's feeling. He's not empathetic to anyone else, but she's the only one that matters. ]
