o1;; You didn't see that coming?
Who: Pietro & You!
Broadcast: yes
Action: SS Bloodsport
When: Right now
[ Video;; ]
[ The video feed shakes, the audio cracking as the communicator is moved around. The broadcasting image so far is the floor, covered in multicolored confetti, and a pair of black and grey running sneakers in view. The left foot taps impatiently before the video swings again to the bridge of the Bloodsport. ]
[ There is a sigh before heavily accented voice accompanies the shoddy cameraman-ship. ] If this is someone's idea of a prank, it lacks humor.
[ The communicator finally turns around, and Pietro is very firmly not happy with this situation. ]
I have complaints.
[ SS Bloodsport;; ]
[ Pietro can be found in various places throughout the Bloodsport. In the kitchen, trying to figure out what the deal with protein paste is. The bridge offers a bit of a distraction with the endless sea of stars or the array of broadcast settings, and how can he resist settling into the bunks? It's been a very long time since he's had his own room. ]

2/2 ; switching to action (Bloodsport)
It's like lightning hitting her all over again. Stunning her and freezing her in place. It really, really is him. He's standing there right in front of her in the flesh. A few errant tears fall from her eyes, as she steps forward. Then another step. And another. She picks up speed, until she's practically sprinting to him. When she's within reach of him, she jumps into him with arms outstretched, wrapping her brother in the biggest hug of their lives. She burrows her head into his chest, tears falling freely all over again. She can't help it. She's just so happy. Sorry brother, your shirt is going to be getting a little soggy. Eventually, she manages to choke out a few words.]
You are here... you are really here...
action
Wanda's arms come around him in a crushing hug, and he wraps his own around her. His hand comes up to the back of her neck, squeezing gently. He's here now, and he's not leaving if he can help it. Pietro leans his head on top of hers once it's clear she's not moving for some time.
His heart aches for her, the wave of agony she's experience shared, and his own eyes burn though no tears fall. It's terrible, and lonely. There is hidden pain creeping its way out, though no origin is known. ]
« Big brother is here now, sister.. »
[ Their shared language comes out easily, murmured against her scalp. ]

<< You're not allowed to leave now. Not without me. >>
[She answers.]

[ I'll take care of you. It's a promise he's inevitably going to break, but while he's here, he's going to try his damndest and provide for her like he did after their parents died. Whatever it takes.
He's thankful for the Avengers' presence here. Pietro knows they've kept an eye on her in his absence. ]

[And with that, Wanda finally feels strong enough to pull out of their embrace a little. Just enough space so that she can dry her eyes. She blushes a little, a tad embarrassed at the immense emotional display she just put on, as she wipes her eyes with her shirt sleeve. She then pops him lightly on the shoulder.]
Next time don't take so long.

[ He grins at her, reaching out to give her hand a reassuring squeeze. Pietro will try his hardest not to disappoint her again. ]

Do you want to go get a drink? I can fill you in on everything that's going on? That is, if you still have questions?

[ He nods toward the staircase that takes them to the upper deck. ]

[She gives him a wry grin, gesturing back to the shuttle she arrived on.]

I would like that even better.
[ He touches her elbow as a gesture to lead the way. ]

So, you want the whole story from the beginning? Or would you prefer I just answer some questions?

Start from the beginning? [ The question is gentle, offering her an out if she wants. ]

It's been over a year now since I was first brought here. There was the battle with Ultron, [Her eyes flicker for a moment, as she decides to best glaze over the specifics of home for now.] and then the next thing I know I was on that big ship. The one they call the Marsiva. Since then, we've visited several planets. This big ship we're currently enjoying our drinks in was at one point overrun with frenzied insect aliens that wanted to kill us.
[She gives her brother a raised eyebrow and a wry smile.]
So that was fun. I've already seen a lot of people come and go. Vision arrived a few months after I did, I believe. It was not too long after me. There has already been three? No, I think only two Starks since I've been here.
[Another look to her brother and wry smile, as she takes a moment to sip her drink again.]
Comparatively, Steve is one of the more newer arrivals. But obviously you now get to be the newest kid on the block. Oh, and the Black Widow that is here, Agent Romanov, she is the second of herself to arrive as well. Obviously, it can make things rather confusing.
[Her smile takes on more a tone of relief, as she looks at her brother now. Relief that he was not some other Pietro, one from the various different worlds that apparently exist out there. No, it was her brother that she was sharing drinks with, and for that she allows for a shred of gratitude to the Atroma.]

[ Two Starks, two Romanovs.. ] Did they recall their time here from before?
[ It's something he'd like to know, in the off-chance that it happens to him. Will he forget, or will it simply be business as usual? Not that he wants to go anywhere. Pietro is solidly where he belongs, now. Avengers aside. ]

When they returned, it was like their first time arriving all over again. However, there have been some in the fleet that have disappeared for some time and returned with their memories intact. Often, they even apparently have new memories from home.
[A sad look crosses Wanda's eyes, but that's the only clue Pietro will get as to her personal experience in the matter.]
