[ So by now at least some people should be aware that Sascha isn't...him. Sam's made sure of that. But luckily it actually wasn't too hard to round him up? Really all that happened was Kara asking and him agreeing to "stay put" until it either wore off or they figured something out. It's not like he has any plans to be anywhere, and worst case scenario? He can just outlive them all if worse comes to worst.

Being under house arrest in a lecture hall isn't really that bad. He gets to keep the lights off at all times, every now and again they have someone bring meat in... It's actually rather peaceful. Dull, mind you--but very peaceful.

He's the perfect model prisoner! So the question is...do you dare visit? ]

[If that little additional bit of information shocks or scares Wanda, she does not show it. Even in the dark, she will not show any emotion that she doesn't want Sascha to see.]

You neglected to mention this when we first met. Perhaps it is partially my fault for being far too trusting.

[Really, this place had made her a lot softer towards meeting new people. It used to be that she would first look into the minds of those she met, uncaring of the invasion of privacy that that was. Now, she seldom ever uses that side of her powers.]

[pneumo]

Well, at the time I had no memory of what I really was. I assumed I was a Carmilla, as you guessed... But I had never actually bitten anyone. [ if that helps. He imagines it doesn't. ]

You expect me to trust you now?

[Her voice very much carrying a tone of "You have got to be kidding me."]

What, did you want me to tell you I was a vampire the moment we met? When I was more excited by the fact that someone had given me a job to do than anything else?

If I had known what you really were, I never would have allowed you anywhere close to my brother!

[Wanda's anger flares. The luminescence of her eyes burns brighter, and similarly colored, scarlet-red energy begins to spark and and materialize around her hands.]

[pneumo]

[ And naturally, it burns his eyes and has him squinting terribly, feeling around for his shades so that he can pull them quickly onto his eyes and spare himself blindness. ]

All you have to do is ask, you know. For me to stay away from him.

"Sascha" will do anything to make someone like you happy.

[notmutantbutmiracle]

[Something about his words only serves to stoke Wanda's anger. Her tone is pointed, threatening.]

I am not asking you anything. I am telling you. Stay away from my brother. If I see you anywhere close to him...

[She flicks her wrist, and a chair standing nearby rockets through the air with a crackle of red energy, splintering against the far wall.]

[pneumo]

Again, that isn't necessary. And apparently neither are pleasantries. [ This is a completely different side to Wanda than the one he remembers. The two hardly even seem to match. ]

I won't sleep next to him any longer. Or talk with him. Or breathe. How's that?

[notmutantbutmiracle]

[His nonchalance finally stretches Wanda's patience too far. She reaches out with an arm, a bolt of red telekinetic energy flies from her hand and blasts him squarely in the chest. The force of which certainly enough to knock the wind out of him and send him crashing backwards. She walks slowly over to where he lands.]

Do I appear to be in a mood for games?

[She does not raise her voice above typical speaking levels, yet her tone is scathing.]

[pneumo]

[ It definitely does all of that, forcing a grunt from him as he's thrown back with a surprised sound. He hits the ground hard, but manages to pick himself up as he holds one hand over where he was struck.

That...is definitely new. ]

...I wasn't aware we were playing one.

[notmutantbutmiracle]

[The next crack of energy from Wanda's hand sends him flying to the nearby wall, pinning him in place against it. It will like an overwhelming force of gravity, keeping him suspended there. Wanda again walks slowly towards him. Another convalescence of energy forming in her hand, and her eyes continuing to burn with the same scarlet power that was flying that was projecting from her hands.]

I suggest you lose the tone. And try again.

[Her own voice comes out hauntingly level, despite the biting threat in her words.]

[pneumo]

[ It hurts and it's uncomfortable, but for one brief moment he allows himself to entertain the fantasy that maybe her power, this strange red magic, could be what finally kills him...before he dismisses it as struggles to breathe evenly as he's effectively pinned. ]

I already...told you. I'd stay away from him.

[notmutantbutmiracle]

[Wanda keeps him there for a moment longer, suspended in air against the wall. She says nothing, her expression shows nothing beyond a grim lack of concern. However, she does drop her arm. The scarlet energy fading from around it and from around Sascha, freeing him from her telekinetic grasp and allowing him to slide down to the floor. However, she does not appear to be done with him. Not completely. Not yet. Instead, she kneels down to be eye-level with him. A small spark of red energy still dances around the fingers on one of her hands.]

Everybody is afraid of something... so tell me, what frightens you most?

[pneumo]

[ He's sore and his body is still repairing the bruised damaged the toss and pin gave him, but he's not wounded enough not to look up and face her and her glowing, ominous hand evenly--and answer, panting slowly. ]

...Living.

[ Having to stay alive and face the eternity he freed the rest of his kind from. That is what he fears most. ]

[A slight tick of her head to the side is the only indication that Wanda gives of possibly finding Sascha's answer odd. She flicks her finger and the energy from her fingers sparks and slithers its way into Sascha's head. It causes a slight tick of pain, but at first seems otherwise harmless.]

If you ever approach my brother again, I will make it so that fear will be the only thing you ever experience each and every day.

[And with that, the sliver of her powers that entered Sascha's head will activate. The room around him will fade, Wanda will fade, and the only thing he will see is that fear made manifest before him.]
