Not really. We have forms, just like anyone else, and we don't shapeshift or anything like that. Most people lack the resonance to see us, that's all.

(He narrows his eyes and hums curiously.)

Not over the comm, they won't. Even the strongest resonance won't show us on these things.

In person, maybe. Some have it, others develop it- most don't get it at all. I can't do anything about your ability to see me, but if it helps any, I don't stalk the crew.
