Dramatic Entry
Who: Kylo Ren and... OTA
Broadcast: entire fleet
Action: Marsiva
When: today
Video Broadcast:
The cameras were undoubtedly broadcasting this dramatic arrival to the galaxy. In addition to the open network feed aboard the Marsiva, Kylo's personal communicator got switched on - offering a Blair Witch-style view of a ratings-boosting scuffle.
He was supposed to wake up on the hospitality deck. But Force have mercy, Kylo came to while the robotic assistants were patching up the injuries he sustained on Starkiller Base. Of course, that's when the fight began. Sparks flew. Weapons were improvised. Panicked screams of "what have you done to me?" echoed in the medbay. There was so much going on that words were hard to make out, but some likely heard "I will not be captured by the Resistance!" or "Give me back my lightsaber!" That alone was enough context for some to know exactly who had just arrived in the fleet.
Eventually, though, the robots won. Kylo Ren was sedated again. His injuries were repaired as quickly as possible (they would scar), and he was left to wake up - not in a comfortable bunk, but on the floor of a locked and heavily-barricaded supply closet.
Action:
If anyone is interested in wandering by in person, the closet has a window to the hallway. Be prepared to be greeted by sights and sounds of someone throwing a temper tantrum at the metal walls with whatever janitorial supplies the robots keep in there.
As a joke, there's also a sign hanging from the knob that says 'Don't Feed the Bears.'
If you'd rather send Kylo Ren a message, his communicator is still on and broadcasting. As enraged as he is, he hasn't even noticed that it's there.

"...No."
No jab, no insult. Just a single angry word.

What is your condition?

[Hux had seen some on the way back to the shuttle but there hadn't been time for much of an assessment.
He's not going to ask about Han Solo. He doesn't need to ask to be able to safely assume Ren's father had contacted him.]
I need to know if I need to procure any medical supplies or find a way to have you patched up.
no subject
"The droids fixed the worst of them."
And did more than that, if you asked Kylo. He'd sustained quite a few scrapes, cuts and bruises since then, but nothing life threatening.
no subject
[He knew that it would have taken time to get back to Finalizer and dunk Ren in a bacta tank so he doesn't so much a blink at the scar.]
That's...something. We'll need to go over a few things when you arrive but I suppose you'll want something to eat and a shower first.
no subject
"Yes." he growled. He wanted those things very much right now. "So when are you getting me out of here?"
no subject
[Hux had to admit he actually felt a bit bad for Ren. Being trapped in a confined space for so long couldn't be easy.]
no subject
The communicator fell in the process, and Hux got a good glimpse of the small space. It was big enough that he could almost straighten out in one direction, but had to sit in another. The light flickered annoyingly. The small porthole window on the door was broken and bloody. And everything, from shelves to what had once been on them, had been completely trashed. (Which could be expected, given Kylo Ren's usual temperment.)
no subject
[Easier said than done, he knows but it's all he can do at the moment.]
no subject
"As if you wouldn't have done the same thing if you woke up where I did?!" He challenged, reaching for the communicator again.
A fierce stomach growl punctuated the end of that question.
no subject
But we have to adapt here and work with what we have. We'll go over everything in person but I suggest you calm down so you can get out.
[He heard that growl but for the time being he wouldn't comment on it.]
no subject
"Nothing is coming. No robots. Nothing..." He groaned from where he'd curled up on the floor.
no subject
[If the Jedi or Resistance had some inkling something was wrong they had less to work with.
And he wondered why the Atroma would keep Ren cooped up like this. If he was unable to use the Force, it didn't make sense.]
You most likely only have a day or two at most left.
no subject
[Because mun didn't realize no one else could actually get back to the Marsiva when she made the initial post, and then just decided to run with it because it seemed fitting.]
"You. Anyone I didn't piss off completely on my first day in here..."
Which was pretty much Hux and his own Father at this point. Han had reached out to his son several times, even trying to help him escape by picking the lock.
no subject
[He needs at least one more card to play and so long as the Resistance believes Ren could turn them inside out with a though the better off they were.]
We can't afford to show weakness.
no subject
It was hard to tell whether what followed was a thoughtful pause or just exhaustion caused by hunger and dehydration.
"...Kenobi." He whispered. "He tried to get intel on the Supreme Leader... I didn't say anything, but I think... maybe... he figured out that I can't get out..."
no subject
[He can't afford to have the truce broken just yet, not until they were in a stronger position.]
no subject
"... Can't drink the bleach. But the window cleaner's mostly vinegar..."
no subject
[Is Hux a little frazzled? Perhaps but he's keeping it remarkably in check as he took a deep breath. The meditation sessions must be doing some good.] You don't have long.
no subject
Of course, he'd need to find some way to summon up his strength and make a good entrance when he got out. But at the moment, he was starting to fear they'd be dragging him out.
No food, no water, he had to find something. And really, that was the only thing that wouldn't poison him when consumed. How he knew that, though, he wasn't sure. Blame the cook augment, but in the back of his mind, he thought it would pair well with fish-flavored protein paste.
"...and that damn pilot... won't shut up..."
His communicator picked up the broadcast, and really, if he weren't exhausted, he probably would have risen to the bait.
no subject
[He's juggling many things and while he honestly couldn't resist responding to that self righteous tirade of Poe's, the pilot is far down on his list of priorities at present.]
no subject
Through the video feed, Hux could see the outline of a disheveled Kylo Ren. It didn't paint a positive picture of the First Order's best intimidation tactic after Starkiller Base itself. Even audio feed alone would sound weak and whiny. And he didn't trust himself to see straight enough to text. Not that he shared that part with Hux.
"But he needs to be made an example of."
no subject
So for now, let him be. We'll make an example of him and 2187 in due time.

"...what happened?"
