Who: Trucy Wright and YOU!
Broadcast: Video; Fleetwide
Action: Yes, on the SS Paisley!
When: 9/16..... RIGHT NOW!
A - Fleetwide video
[ As the feed to the network connection comes online, people watching will notice it's nothing but a dark screen at first. Perhaps something is wrong with the network? A few seconds later, however, something happens: the lights flicker on (really, Trucy would have preferred a spotlight, but she's got to work with what she's got!) and there stands a teenaged magician, standing at all 5'0"; despite her small stature, she sure looks confident. She flashes her audience a dazzling smile. ]
Hello, ladies and gentlemen! Pleased to meet your acquaintance! So, it's been brought to my attention that I am no longer in Los Angeles, but... well, space! Don't get me wrong, this is pretty cool! But see, I've kind of got a job back on Earth. And school. As a matter of fact, I'm pretty sure daddy and Polly are going to destroy the office without me-- oh, wait! I haven't properly introduced myself, have I?
[ Another smile, even brighter than the first, and there's suddenly a small poof of white smoke in her right hand. When the smoke clears, there's a golden wand in her hand. She twirls it between her fingers a few times, before stopping to tip her hat with her free hand, the other moving to her hip despite the baton in her grasp. ]
Magical Girl Trucy Wright reporting for duty! Although, you all can just call me Trucy, okay? Pleased to meet each and every one of you! So, whose up for answering a few of my questions, hm~?
B - Action aboard the SS Paisley
[ Despite the video feed she's just made, Trucy can at least admit to herself she's a little confused and even nervous -- especially because one second she'd been on a completely different ship. She's even gone and pinched herself a few times to make sure she isn't dreaming.
Despite her slight inner turmoil, outwardly she's still wearing a bright smile as she wanders the corridors of the SS Paisley, still twirling the baton from her earlier broadcast between her fingers as she walks, pudding cup in the other hand, whistling a cheery little tune to herself. A true performer never allows their smile to fade or show their true inner feelings, after all.
Besides, there's confetti and pudding cups. Chocolate pudding cups, at that. Who can beat that? She's rounding the corner, and nearly bumps into someone -- that someone being you! ]
Whoa, sorry! I wasn't watching where I was going, oops...

[Castle thought for a moment.]
A bit more than a year now. Gosh, time flies.
[ A year... that's a crazy amount of time... ]
Wow... you must miss home quite a bit, then, huh?
[He nodded.]
I deal with it okay, but... I was about to get married back home, too. I resent Atroma for taking that away from me.
[ ...he'd probably just laugh it off because it's Phoenix Wright: the biggest pushover ever when it comes to his daughter. ]
...I don't think he'd be happy. So it's good to know that at least in some places, there are laws and the such!
[ And hopefully their law systems aren't as twisted as the ones back at home. ]
W-what!? That's terrible, I'm so sorry to hear that! That's not fair at all! At the very least, they could have pulled you BOTH here instead of just you! Then you could have had your wedding. A space wedding! Ah, wait, what's an Atroma? Whatever it is, I hate it for what it did to you, too!
Yeah, you want to be able to toe the line, I get it. My fiancee's a detective, so I make sure to behave extra well.
[Castle grinned.]
Atroma's the folks who brought us here, though they don't talk to us a whole lot, and when they do, it's just over video. So they're some mysterious entity for now- we don't know if it's a person, or a group, or if they're even human beings at all.
And I know, right? Kate didn't want a space wedding, but I think that's only because we didn't have the tech to have one back home. It'd be PERFECT here, though.
[ Well, that's exciting news. It probably doesn't help Trucy's sort of a nerd when it comes to these things, though. Thanks, Apollo. ]
I see... that makes sense! [ No it doesn't. ] Thank you for letting me know!
Oh, man, I think she'd really love a space wedding out here! Especially with all the pretty stars and planets... and anti-gravity!
[Castle grinned.]
And we wouldn't even need space suits here. We could decorate a space on the Iskaulit, invite the entire Fleet to come if they want... our ratings would be through the roof.
