{It's useful to be an Elf who didn't need much rest. And even when Fingon does rest, it's never easily thanks to memories that he's yet to address. So he sews. His grandfather spoils him and gave him enough cloth for a couple robes, and that's precisely what he's working on. Spread out around him in his small bunk are various bits of ribbon, thread, and lots of cloth, all of which are coming together under his skilled fingers.

The Elf has a light on, of course, but even with it his own natural faint glow is there if one looks. Black hair is braided back, and he's humming quietly as the needle darts in and out of the vibrant blue cloth in his lap. He doesn't want to disturb his mortal crewmates, after all! That would be rude. The song is an old one, for those who know Arda and its music, of brighter, more innocent days.

It's impossible to not realize he has no idea he's being observed.}

{Fingon blinks, startled then smiles warmly and shakes his head.}

Not at all. I quite like your company! You have a strong spirit and a very kind heart.

[He has a way of putting her fears to rest with one sentence. She returns his smile shyly.]

I like your company too. When you talked about your family, I knew I needed to meet you.

I hope you can meet my family sometime! I am sure they will like you.

I would like to meet them. [The Elves are "fair of face" indeed and their personalities - judging by Fingon - are fair too!] I'll return the favor if... I ever find out about my family.

{Fingon smiles.} I will happily greet them.

Most of my family is here on the Huntress. Only Finrod is on another ship.

Finn and Poe are the closest I have. Oh and BB-8.

[Fingon would love the little droid.]

What does Finrod look like?

BB-8? That is an unusual name.

Finrod has blond hair as I mentioned - Oh! Family calls him Ingoldo, but he probably introduces himself as Finrod. {Long, longlong storydon'task.} He's certainly fair of face and spirit!

It's the name of his type of Droid. There are many others.

[Such strange names!] You have a...confusing...language. I like the way it sounds, though.

{Droid? Another machine, as the augment whispers in the back of Fingon's mind.} I hope to meet him!

{He smiles.} They are two languages. Mostly we go by translations of one of our childhood names.
