Not particularly. But I can see the necessity of learning such a thing.

If you can recognize when a person wants it, and realize you're not the one who can offer it, then I'd say you already understand it, in a way.

I'm not the greatest when it comes to dealing with people sometimes. I'm good with teenagers, and teaching them, but the rest - I usually leave that to someone else.
