Who: Korra of the bitty and more temperamental variety
Broadcast: Yes!
Action: Aboard the Winderduck
When: Now!
[Have a miniature version of the Avatar, Fleeters. She is currently throwing a bit of a tantrum, unfortunately. Sorry Wonderduckians you get to deal with that...]
Where is this place?! I want to go home now!!
[And then she belts out her best child-like scream as the sound of something metallic ripping and bending can be heard, the door to her bedroom coming loose from the wall and bending grotesquely behind her.]
I want to go home! I want to go home now!
[Still panicking, there are a fresh wave of tears streaming down her face. Looking up, she realizes what she's done and there's a bit of a stoney silence that follows for a solid minute or so as the video continues to record her.]
Please don't get mad... I didn't mean to bend the door... it-it was an accident!
[She looks into the device, eyes wide with worry.]
Could someone fix it...? I'm really sorry.
[ooc: Korra's augment is glitched! Basically if you have previous CR with her it might take some prompting and she might bend a bit here and there accidentally but if you are on the Wonderduck and want to check on her feel free to do so!]

Careful, someone might get upset and want to put you in a time out
[text]
What? No! It was an accident. Besides - they can't put me in time out.
Re: [text]
Maybe not
I have a foolproof way of avoiding getting in trouble, if you want to hear it

He flicks on the video and addresses Korra calmly.]
I can fix the door for you. Are you all right?
Re: video
[There's still a few crocodile tears lingering but for the most part she's unharmed.Everything about this situation feels strange. She feels as if she somehow should know where she is or why she is here, but all she can think of is home. This place isn't home.]
I'm not hurt. I can bend metal like that really easy! Usually, anyway.
[Hey, at least she isn't in the Avatar State. That would be so much worse.]

...Korra?
Video
Sokka!! I didn't mean to, but I made the door all weird and bendy.
[Excuse her while she just glows with happiness because finally someone she knows, if only sort of.]
Hey, Sokka - can Naga and I come visit you? I don't like it here... it's scary being all by ourselves.
[Pleaaaaaase?
At least babysit her so she doesn't break anything else.]Video
It's okay, it's what you do. We can fix it later.
[The smile widens, but remains gentle. ]
And sure! You can come stay here as long as you need, okay? Do you want me to come get you?

[While the metal-bending was impressive in and of itself--she'd only seen Erik do something similar prior, it was the little girl who looked ever so familiar that caught her attention chiefly.]
Korra?
Video
Ah- hello.
[Nope, not blushing in embarrassment and looking like the kid with their hand in the cookie jar.]
I-I'm sorry I broke the door, but I promise I'm not hurt!! Everyone keeps asking that.. [Everyone being Erik so far, but hey.]
I was just scared. I want to go home.
[She still feels a bit scared, truthfully, but she feels slightly better having seen Sokka. She would definitely find a way to go see him - it was much less scary when you were with friends, right?]
Video
[Not only did Korra seem to be physically younger, but it seemed psychologically, too. Seeing the poor, whimpering child she was now, Wanda's heart goes out to her. The expression on her face and her tone of voice each becoming more comforting.]
It's all right. Do not worry about the door.
Are you by yourself? Is there anyone there with you?

Korra? [Oh, great, an augment mix up. But Remy plastered a smile on, not wanting to make her any more upset than she was, and also moving to crouch so he wasn't looming over her.] Hey, petite, what's wrong? [You know, other than the obvious.]
no subject
[Pouting, she crosses her arms. She wouldn't bend anything else for now as long as she kept her cool, at least.]
I don't like it.

Ya know what is good though? May not be able to run 'round right now, but we been to some places that got a lot of room. Some with giant trees to climb, or vast flat lands to run 'cross, 'nd get to meet up with a bunch of people 'nd lots of different food from different places. Just have to take the borin' times stuck in the ship with it as well.
[Then, picking out the best way to deal with kids, or as far as Remy has found out.] Do ya like sweets? I do have some cupcakes I made up in the kitchen that I was goin' to share with the rest of the ship, would ya like one?
Well, he has one idea.
When the screen winks on, it's not a person's face that appears there, but instead a sock. It's clean, though clearly worn, and positioned just so on his hand to appear to have a mouth. Two dabs of some gel have been applied to the top looking maybe lie eyes if you happen to turn your head sideways and squint and a small mess of a few feathers stick out at odd angles, glued to be some semblance of very strange hair (Anders won't miss just a few...).]
Hi!
[Wolfe moves the sock puppet's mouth, putting his voice into a higher register with a sort of scratch to it in order to make the character.]
I'm the cheer up sock dragon!
[It looks absolutely nothing like a dragon. Or any other living creature.]
But... you don't look like a dragon. You're a sock.
[She's seen dragons okay. Congratulations Hawke you got her to stop crying for a minute?]
Dragons are much bigger.
[Haphazardly thrown together like this, anyway.]
But I am a dragon! I can breathe fire and everything!
[And to prove it, Wolfe funnels a bit of magic though his fingers and a gout of flame erupts from the puppet's mouth. When it's done, there's a singed hole through which the inside curve of Wolfe's hand is visible, but really the point is he made the dragon breathe fire to keep Korra from continuing to cry and not that Anders will probably be very cross with him for ruining his sock.]
audio;
Door and the abrupt miniaturization thing aside, how badly do you need adult supervision. Is there already an adult there supervising you? Please say yes. [And then, almost inaudibly:] What am I saying, she just bent a door in half, fuck yeah she needs supervision.
audio;
I'm sorry. It really was an accident... I could go play with Sokka if you want...
[She's so worried you're mad at her Dave!! Console the smol child.]
audio;
No, I know you didn't mean to fu—mess up the door. But I'm pretty sure I shouldn't let anyone who needs help reaching a countertop go wandering around alone. Especially if you can fold a sheet of metal in half with a heavy dose of emotional distress.
[Or maybe it works in reverse then? No, that sounds like bullshit.]
action
That. That is definitely a thing.
It's a thing that has Eugene waiting a few hours before poking his nose into the area - both because he knows that even the metal leg he's walking around on isn't nearly as sturdy as the ship's doors, and because he imagines that she might be getting hungry enough that he can be something marginally better than Another Weird Adult. He gives the doorframe a light knock, peering in cautiously.]
Hey, uh. Cook checking in. Can I get you a snack or anything?
action
Oh! Do you have seal jerky? I haven't been able to find any...
[Or anything from home, actually. She just wants to go home. Almost as if on cue, Naga sitting beside her lets out a disappointed whine and nudges her master with her nose.]
It's okay if we don't have any.
[Pouting intensifies]
action
We, uh. We have some kind of jerky. [Thank you, green team from a planet back.] No idea if it's seal or not. We have some dried fish and fruit, too, if you'd be interested in that.
