[Sorey doesn't get much warning; there's that quiet little ping that resounds through his soul, like a striking bell and as he glances up and stands upon its final ring Dezel drops out of the trees. Sorey jumps a little because senses or not, familiarity or not, wind seraphim are so darn fast.

That was pretty dramatic and cool though.] With any luck! Ideally, not too lost, but sometimes it seems like the best discoveries are made on the way out.

[Dezel looks happy to have legroom, finally. They weren't on the ship for long this time but considering what happened last time...] Did you just start exploring too?

Yep. [Sorey crouches and waves her over excitedly.] Come look at this, c'mere.

[He parts some bushes to show her what look like hoofprints in the mud beyond, only they're the size of dinner plates.] Do you see that? The animal that made those has to be fantastically huge. I wanna find it.

[Lmsdfljsf Lailah god, you're so weird. Sorey grins and watches her fangirl over these giant bug things before just walking right over to them.] Look, it's okay! They're not afraid of people, I think they just think we're animals.

[He even leans down to pick one up and it immediately curls up tight, to about the size of a softball.] Whoa buddy, that's good. Lailah, check it out! You can't even see any of his legs or anything!

[He offers a hand for a shake, still leaning over the rock instead of coming around it.]

Sorry if I startled you, I was just taking a rest from my little quest out here and happened to overhear you talking to... Who were you talking to?

Hm. Good point. Tying a magical favor to it would certainly help too.

[He tosses the strange pod back to the ground and comes over to Anders instead, ostensibly for a kiss. As he plants it on his love's mouth, he also reaches over and plucks two feathers between his fingers from Anders' pauldrons too.]

These should do nicely.

[He gives a grin and a cheeky wink, rummaging in his hip pouch for a bit of twine to tie them with.]

[ A - The Woods. ]

[ In his heart, the empathy planet would always be his favourite. A location with complete freedom to express a power Charles would never fully come to terms with. But he finds himself drawing comparisons to the new one, though for less pleasant reasons. There was . . . a buzz in the air, constant unintelligible whispers that seem to flit back and forth without meaning or context. Every time he tries to latch onto the sound, it seems to slip away.

And yet, no less present. He rubs his forehead with a grimace. ]

[ B - The Scavengers ]

[ Apparently his chair has garnered enough attention that Charles subtly uses his powers to deflect their attention away. Or try strongly worded suggestions. ]

No, my chair is not for sale - and don't touch that.

[ He tries to swat a few wandering hands away. At least the ones he could reach. The others felt a faint mental shock if they get too close. ]

[ C - Choose your own adventure. ]

[Drools is more than happy to be showered in praise, but he is a relatively well behaved pup and his eyes bore into Adalwolfe's soul when he turns to his master after Hermione has said she doesn't mind. Adalwolfe has what appears to be a battle of wills with him for a long minute, then lets out a breath that sounds more like a scoff and waves his hand.]

Alright, go on then.

[Overjoyed, Ser Drools proceeds to jump all over Hermione and shower her in doggie affection. Which, well... his name is Ser Drools for a reason.]

[ Obi-Wan has never been in touch with the Living Force the way Qui-Gon and Anakin were, but he could feel it all the same. And everything around him seems to breathe and move with it, as if the very air itself was supercharged with the energy of the Force.

He stops every so often to breathe and take it in when he hears the sound of Finwe's voice. ]

The mage in the font? Novel idea.

[He grins, but it's entirely a joke. He's so used to leading and since there are only two of them anyhow, they can walk side by side save for where the underbrush is the thickest.]

I don't think we'll get lost. The sun's at our left, so to get back we just need to put it to the right.

[Provided they can still see it under all the mushroom cover. But that's a problem for the future Champion and Warden Commander.]

More weird? Have you seen anything more weird?

[He hasn't just yet. Still, he tosses the seed pod aside and puts his hands on his hips, surveying the forest around.]

Maybe crystals are the way to go after all.

[He spent enough time in bed, thanks.]

I came to see what all the commotion was about. [He also felt that shockwave. What the hell.] Besides, someone has to make sure you don't run headlong off a cliff while you're writing stuff down.

[It's a little sad that Mikleo isn't out here with him, but no one can fault him for his bedrest. Dezel can definitely fault himself for not talking to Sorey more in the interim, though. He just... didn't want to push the Shepherd in any way, especially since his feelings on armatization are understandably conflicted.]

[A. Windrose; Shockwave]

[Misty, as usual, is excited to see what their next stop will be. She's been sad to leave the swamps behind but this green planet looks promising, so she's looking out of one of the Windrose's large picture windows, her face pressed to the glass, when the shockwave hits. The ship rocks and Misty feels a magic force of some sort rush through her, leaving her standing stock still for a moment after it passes, purely from shock. It doesn't feel dangerous per say, but it's not exactly comforting either. The flickering lights don't help the uneasy feeling either.]

What the hell?

[B. Planetside]

[Weird as the planet's greeting had been, once they land, Misty is instantly in love with the place. The grass, the trees, the very earth all hum with energy that makes her feel more alive and more powerful. She practically bursts out of the ship and spins and skips across the mesa, with no shoes on and her scarf flying out behind her like a cape. She lets out a happy laugh before turning back to her companion.]

Well, aren't you coming?

[Adalwolfe's had his own things his attention's been wrapped up in, but he hasn't forgotten his conversation with Sorey months ago (even if he's terribly out of touch with what Sorey's been going through). Finally, he's managed to put together something after quite a lot of research, something he's not terribly accustomed to. Still, he's fairly certain it will work considering he cross-checked the recipe with both Anders and Hermione.]

[Wolfe's gone out of his way to find some time for Misty. He tries to do this as often as he can, though this last week he's sort of fallen out of habit thanks to his lack of sleep. The transfer was still a good idea, he reasons, and now that Vash has offered up the slightly more spacious captain's quarters for his and Anders' use, he's sure he'll be able to actually sleep at night instead of battle with Anders' sharp knees and elbows then slink into the hall in defeat to play entirely too much of that sparkly Robot Unicorn game Crowley put on the network. He's nearly broken a million points by now.]

Any idea where we're going?

[Finwe heard someone approaching behind him, stopping as the song faded slowly. He didn't sense any danger right away and when Obi-Wan came into view he smiled warmly, stepping away from the tree.]

Obi-Wan. I hope you haven't found yourself lost here.

No, I hoped to get an answer by coming out here but so far nothing different has changed.

[He was curious to as to how she felt it, she seemed human but he had been learning that even mortals here possessed magic.] You can hear the trees as well? What do they tell you?

A very distinct possibility, with the way the Force moves in this place.

[ Constantly alive, constantly changing. ]

[she considers him for a moment before she reaches up to push her hood back, and then her hair behind her ear in answer; it's pointed like an elf's, but not as big]

That they are wary, watching. [she faintly shakes her head] But that is all I can make out. I cannot hear them as well as others can.

[another hand reaches out to snatch one of those wandering hands, twisting it painfully and physically dragging the offender away. Tempest barely spares him a glance as she holds him there despite his yelping protests]

My, aren't you popular, dear. Would you like me to handle them for you?

[despite the lilt in her voice, there's a dangerous undertone, to match the dangerous smile she gives to the others bothering Charles. All for show, of course; she'd never act like that in front of him]

How so? What have you sensed?

[Finwe looked up at the trees, concern in his expression. He had never heard anything like this before and he still couldn't understand. He hoped others would be able to sense something more at least.]

[Anders is easily suckered into the kiss, but the tug on his shoulder has him drawing back again. The expression on his face is pure indignance and his hands dart up to cover his shoulders.]

Simir feathers aren't exactly common place out here, Hawke. If you wanted feathers, I'm sure there's plenty to be found out here that aren't attached to me.

They can't be just any feathers, Anders; they have to be your feathers.

[As if it's the most obvious thing in the world. A moment later he comes up with a small bit of string and ties the pinions to the end of his staff securely so they won't flutter away.]

How else will anyone know at a glance who I'm fighting for?

[He smiled as he saw her pointed ears though she was unlike the Elves of Valinor. But it didn't matter, he still gave her a respectful bow of his head.] It is a pleasure to meet another Elf.

[she inclines her head as well, at least remembering her manners, before she reaches back to pull her hood up. It's mostly habit, to hide herself after revealing as much]

[ Kara redirects quickly, mostly wondering where that bird came from??? She responds almost reflexively ]
